Starting to realize how much I shall miss tis show after it is over in a few episodes. It would be a nice touch if Theresa finds out she is expecting at the very end of the story.
What the heck was that???? O.o Now I really have a bad feeling that this show isn't going to end well. It's like a slow suffering. Hard to write this but it's true. :(
What was that episode??? Maybe the most intense ever. It got me on the edge of my seat for all 45 minutes!!! And Jane and Lisbon in bed are so cute. :) Singing a Bon Jovi song :D I can´t ♥ But we also saw the trouble coming it´s way...They will have to discuss their future together sooner or later as it won´t work like that forever.
Another awesome episode for sure! It was SO INTENSE! And they were lying in bed in their pjs, Lisbon was singing lullaby to Jane *crying* such a beautiful scene!!!
Wow and wow ... I just cannot understand how they just decided not to give us a full season even if it is the last... This show is awesome !! this episode was breathtaking...
He has right to be worried, after all they are together. Like he said, they just need to work out that problem, Lisbon being in the danger working for the FBI.
I think his worry may be due to the fact he lost someone else he loved before, his wife, and doesn't want to go through that pain again. Maybe next episode will address it and have Jane and Lisbon come to some kind of understanding.
If this were taking place in the last episode, I'd be worried but from some of the BTS pics it looks like Jane and Lisbon are only going to get closer by the finale
again such a great episode. I can understand Jane, how worried he is about Lisbon, but he has to accept that she was a great police before he met her. Of corse, I understand Lisbon too, but she has to accept, that he has lost his beloved wive and daughtr, and that he doesn't want to go trough it again. They really have to talk about.
IT WAS SO AWESOME ...until the ending where we didn't get the "I don't want to lose you" clip from the promo for this ep., and instead substituted with Wiley and Vega playing video games. Not that I don't like those two, I do! But they already had 2 video game discussions before this. So it sucks that we got a completely angst filled, no emotional resolution ending for Lisbon and Jane. Just going into the elevator separated as far apart as they could? Just...no. As the promo for next week reminded us, we only have 5 more episodes left...ever! There is just not enough time for this type of relationship discord to play out fully. Bruno & co. should have really stick to the happy ending when they know there is no season 8 to transition in to. But the other 38 minutes of this episode were great! :)
I really liked the case, it was different and intense, more "FBI". It was pretty cool.
I didn't find the ending sad at all. Jane not being able to deal with his fears is a serious issue that needs to be addressed and talked about. I liked that Lisbon told him that if he can't handle it they can't work together. That's why they have rules sometimes in this types of jobs about working with family/spouses, it can cloud your judgement at certain situations and hurt the job. And she needs to know she can trust him on the job, not constantly worry whether he's busy shielding her from danger. That can't work. Jane has a traumatic past, now he has something to lose again and he needs to accept the fact that he can't control it. Messing with the mission, running away to Paris or sailing into the sunset. None of that will solve the problem or give him peace. I'm actually really glad they're addressing this issue now through his relationship with Lisbon. I don't see it foreshadowing anything sad or tragic for J/L. Quite the contrary.
P.S. I think the "I don't want to lose you" clip might be from another episode yet to come. They sometimes mix things up in the promos, it happened in another promo as well.
How about everyone that is going to miss this series write to Leslie Moonves at CBS and complain. His email address is posted on a number of sites. Clearly CBS pushes their own shows (versus WB). Once The Mentalist was moved to Sunday this was clear.
aaaahhh the cliche drama of 'u r overprotective of me and now we shall have a rocky path for a while'... which makes sense cuz we've bn in way more dangerous situations way too many times and we were both cool with it... why? why do they have to go that way?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

I loved how Jane's plan worked perfectly. I loved how Teresa is mad because he sent her on a false lead and he admits it.
ReplyDeleteI'm puking rainbows and unicorns ๐๐
ReplyDeleteAwesome. How will Lisbon and Jane solve the problem of Jane worrying too much about her.
ReplyDeleteAnother awesome episode for sure! It was SO INTENSE!

Why did they not show the last clip from the promo where Jane mentions he doesn't want to Lisbon. I was waiting for that scene.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's from the next episode, there were colorful lights or some decorations in the background which was not seen in this ep:)

Yeah me too, i wait for it, maybe for the next one ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat an episode! This one is definitely one of the best Mentalist episodes ever! :)

ReplyDeleteI don't think they are gonna break-up but they are building toward Jane leaving the FBI when the show is gonna end.
ReplyDeleteMe too... A very thrilling episode and the come to bed scene was so cute! Loved the BJ touch!

ReplyDeleteAccording to this logic love itself is a cliche)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it natural to face such a problem? Besides they were never cool when they were in real danger.
