Finally an episode with most of the main storylines involved...and what an episode it was! Definitely one of the most emotional ones this season, a close second to Bend & Break probably. My eyes ltierally watered a few times. Sarah Drew knocked it out of the park, and so did Ellen Pompeo. Loved her speech about needing a person. And loved her being badass at the hospital. Oh, and Geena Davis was awesome in her all scenes too. A triumphant return...almost 6 years later, who would've thought. Shonda is a genius.
Oh my God, that was one hell of a return! Grey's is amazing this season! Kudos for Sarah, Ellen and Geena for their performances. I also love the new camera shots between scenes, and I loved the shattered title card :D
What, an emotional episode the acting absolutely stellar, that was seriously a roller coaster ride, I'm sick of Grey's making me such a cry baby, but damn it was worth it, when you can still deliver after all these years, kudos to Shonda's writing team and the great cast they have too work with!!!
Well, they have been doing this more and more often. 10x17 (the one with Cristina's 2 possible futures) had a title card that split into two. 9x24 and 10x01 were flashing, mirroring the power problems from the superstorm. The episode with the 3D printer had an algorithm or something like that appear during the title card. :D
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was so good
ReplyDeleteIt was a good episode but i was expecting more....
ReplyDeleteThat's how u return from hiatus
ReplyDeleteI am so glad the show's back. And everyone was either angry or cried tonight and made me emotional.
ReplyDeleteIt was decent.

ReplyDeleteThe closing one with the landscape of Seattle was a nice touch too! I am kinda hoping for similar inventions every week xD
ReplyDeleteOh, and I enjoyed all of the Bailey's scenes more than anything she's done this year, tbh (excluding the one at the end of 11x03)
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's just me, but I hope Geena Davis sticks around for a while.
ReplyDeleteamazing episode

ReplyDeleteWell, she hasn't set a date yet for your surgery, so I guess we'll see a little more of her.
ReplyDeleteThat's true. I wouldn't actually mind if after her surgery (if it goes well) she stick around, and Geena became a regular.
