Finally Jamal stood up for himself with Luscious he better watch out I think Jamal going succeed in taking Empire from him Andre and Rhonda are some freaks love Cookie was on fire can't wait to she kick Ankia ass
I enjoyed this episode. Anika is not going to be satified until Cookie delivers a brooming. Anika scored first volley and it was funny telling the two Danish guys that Cookie was visiting from prison. But, Anika, only one a scrimmages, Cookie is battling for her place, and life in this Empire. She means to win the war.
Cookie and Lucious are just sublime. Lucious caning that manager, is comparable to Cookie brooming Hakeem. They are each other, Lol. Cuba Gooding and Tariji scenes were two short, but I loved every second of it. I needed more. Lucious was jealous, and surprised by Puma's song. Lucious questioned Puma's feelings for Cookie. Then, Lucious was like okay, but I own the song.
I can't believe Lucious threaten Cookie. He told her, he loved her (I thought, he may still love her), then countered with that threat, or harm to anyone against his family.Cookie not family? Does he really consider Anika family, or a pawn (she's his in house culture. Symbol of legitimacy). Now, he apologized later, but what was is he apologizing for? The threat of harm? Not considering her family? Ignoring that she is really an equal partner of his, Empire? I did not feel good about that.
Hakeem, and this older woman, wow. Andre, and his dalliances? What is wrong with Rhonda accepting this ish?
Jamal, throwing Daddy the keys, to the condo, and basically saying this is war. My money is on Jamal and Cookie. I like th odds of thoes two. Wow, seven days until Empire.
Empire, continues to excel week after week, the drama and the music is awesome, although I prefer Jamal's sounds a lot better than Hahim, I've been along time fan of Taraji and Terrence they are both literally killing it on this show, I have to prepare myself for each episode cause it has been a hellava ride, Fox had the foresight to renew this show, and that shade Cookie threw in her prayer, totatlly awesome:)
From the promo for next week, they just might have an open relationship. There's something off about this couple. I know Andre is bi-polar, but Rhonda appears to call the shots. She is no dummy.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
