I liked the ending scene and that promo for next week!
ReplyDeleteI thoroughly enjoyed learning of David's intention to kill Victoria. Damn shame it didn't happen.
ReplyDeleteI loved David dropping Victoria off at Grayson Manor. Both Victoria's and Emily's reactions were priceless.
ReplyDeleteFlashbacks from Emily and Daniel on season 1, when the show was really good
ReplyDeletebut how boring would the show be after that?
ReplyDeleteI don't think it would be boring. Victoria is the worst part of the show for me and there is a lot of stuff going on that doesn't involve her. Charlotte's gone, Daniel and Conrad are dead, so other than her "relationship" with David, she's damn near irrelevant. I'm sure many will disagree but I'm just sick of her crap.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a weird attitude to me because she's easily the highlight of the show. Ben is a big block of wood, Margaux is a pushover, Nolan is good in very small doses, Charlotte needs to stay in rehab for good, etc. What would Revenge even be without the Grayson matriarch now that Daniel and Conrad are gone? The entire point of the show is Emily vanquishing that entire family.
ReplyDeleteThe entire point of the show was Emily getting revenge for her father. It just happened to be against the Grayson's and everyone else involved in the conspiracy. Now David's alive, building a relationship with his daughter, and getting his own Revenge so Victoria isn't needed anymore to antagonize Emily. I will say that I agree about Ben. He's useless. Margaux may be a pushover but that baby just might change her and she has reason to go after Emily now. As for my attitude being weird, to each their own.
ReplyDeleteI would drop this show like a hot potato if Victoria were to go. They've already killed off way too many core characters and without her the show would be a somber drag. She and Conrad brought so much life to the show in S1-3 with their wit, antics, and incredible dynamic. Even Daniel, though irritating at times, brought a certain amount humor to the plate. In essentially destroying the Grayson family unit, the show has lost a great deal of its previous vitality and momentum. Thank God Nolan is still around because everyone else on Team Emily is always brooding.
ReplyDeleteOr when she found pascale dead. Same creepy scream
