There were so many but I have to go with Octavia's training/becoming Indra's 2nd and the end scene of Lincoln and Bellamy. Neither one had lines but they weren't needed. Their acting was so expressive, it didn't need dialogue.
ReplyDeleteOctavia was the highlight for me this episode. Every scene she was in crackled. Sadly the gorilla scenes just made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteChose that on too
ReplyDeleteWhile Marie played Octavia beautifully this week & her fight with the grounder was just insane... I had to go with that last scene with Bellamy & Lincoln. How tragic was that?!!! I was shocked.. but not surprised at the same time.. Also hurt & fearful for what's to come for both of them. Not to mention no words were exchanged & Bob and Ricky were absolutely incredible.
ReplyDeleteI loved this episode and the different pairings they had. I loved the gorilla, it was something totally different and I really would love to see more of it.
ReplyDeleteThe thing that I love about this show is that they keep things real, that it must have been such a hard thing for Lincoln to take that shot, to know what that caused him before.
I think it is funny to look at the start and how I thought what the heck Octavia was doing and that she should just leave, but know her storyline is my favourite (besides Bellarke). She has grown so much, and this proves that this show has major character development.
My favorite scenes were the ones with Lexa & Clarke.
ReplyDeleteI chose:
Lexa and Clarke are pursued by a gorilla through an ancient zoo until Clarke traps it in a cage
I think by season 3 Octavia is gonna be able to really kick some ass!
ReplyDeleteReally? I thought they did a great job on the gorilla. I mean...this IS a CW show, and it looked pretty damn good for a CGI animal...
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't the CGI. It wasthat every time the gorilla came on I was thinking of that terrible Planet of the Apes movie.
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to be more specific. There's about a dozen of those. :P
ReplyDeleteHa! Exactly. That's why it was so hard for me to take the gorilla seriously.
ReplyDeleteIt surprised me, and I thought it was within the realm of possibility, given that it would be the offspring of whatever survived the nuclear holocaust, like the two-headed deer, and the large underwater serpent... Given how good the CGI was, I guess it just worked for me. Although I WAS spending those scenes thinking to myself "Gosh that looks expensive..."
