    While I don't want them hooking up right away, I also don't want Deacon acting like an idiot. You take care of each other, through all of the good and the bad. It's not one way or the other, it's both.

    I agree, it's certainly not a good way to start off the new year. I don't know if I'm willing to see the first episode because I'm not ready for all the drama. I'm excited to see Avery and Juliette but the Rayna and Deacon arc is way too emotional for me. They really need to spend time together being open and truly honest with one another so they can both heal but I don't think that will happen this season.


    I don't think Deacon is going to die because we as viewers would certainly not want to see him suffer extensively and then die. That happens to so many families in real life that seeing it in our fantasy world would not be expectable. IMO.
