  1. So someone is dying in the Jan 22 episode and I think it might be Alvin. This is going to be hard for the Plunkett family.

  2. Oh god. It's supposed to be a comedy for God's sakes. I'm more emotional while watching this than while watching dramas.
Or maybe Baxter? They would be less devastated.

  3. Both Bonnie and Christy look devastated in the photos + Alvin's ex-wife is set to appear in the episode, too.

  4. It would be much more interesting if it was someone like Marjorie or Regina as a curveball. I love both characters, but I would love the unexpected.

  5. Marjorie is in the photos too, consoling them both.

  6. And Alvin's children

  7. I like that Mom goes to dark places sometimes. Makes me emotional while watching a comedy. IMO, that is what makes it much more better than some other network comedies.

  8. It's enough to make me stop watching this show. So sick of lame excuses to kill off characters. This is a comedy not a tragedy & I don't need to watch a depressing show. Please don't kill off Alan. He makes an excellent mate for Bonnie. After all these years a family comes together. That's a blessing these days. Now we have a death drama. No to that. Not original! Don't kill Alan please. We are the public & as such, you should be listening to your viewers.

  9. So you killed off Alvin. Bad move. You just lost a viewer. In my opinion this character added to the mix to form a stronger family foundation. This turned into a soap opera drama. I was looking forward to watching how Alvin & Bonnie's beginnings have matured & evolve into a real working relationship. The family coming tigether in happiness. Who gets a second chance at love these days? Happily, ever, after is out of fashion! I hope they don't use this death as another excuse to get Bonnie drinking again. Pitty! Comedy does NOT have to be a tragedy. On to another program! Too bad because the cast is phenomenal. Goodbye Alvin.
