Damn it Constantine....and damn you for that sh*tty slot NBC....
ReplyDeleteyeah Hart of Dixie keeping its 0.5 and tying The 100 and Jane the Virgin
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know what 12 Monkeys would need for a renewal from Syfy? I just don't know what is needed for a cable show on Fridays.
ReplyDeleteNot 100% sure but the numbers look ok to me. I'm really liking the series so whatever it needs I hope it gets. Just watched episode 3 online, its got me even more hooked.
ReplyDeleteYikes Syfy.
ReplyDeleteSyFy's ratings are physically hurting me now. It's hard to believe it used to be such a great channel where a 0.7 was low enough for cancellation.
ReplyDeleteThat's a series low for Helix, such a shame. It deserves higher.
ReplyDeleteI think even though Grimms ratings are pretty low it'll get renewed even if it's just a 13 episode last season. It's on it's 4th season and will have 88 episodes after this season, so only 12 more would be needed for syndication.
ReplyDeleteNot great for Syfy, but I don't know what they could have expected after moving Smackdown to Thursdays.
ReplyDeleteYay Dixie!
ReplyDeleteProbably at least a 0.4 ratings/1.30 million since it's original programming from them (not a Canadian show they're airing). Not sure though. Just basing it on some other shows on the network that got renewed.
ReplyDeleteIt was a bad idea to put Helix and 12 Monkeys on a Friday night.
ReplyDeleteGrimm's not really much lower than last year. Really it would be hard for them to find a show that can survive Friday night like Grimm has. Look at all of its partner shows lately. Even Hannibal really doesn't have the numbers.
ReplyDeleteGrimm was even with the year ago episode on Friday and the season as a whole is down roughly the same as the league average drop. Its relative ratings aren't any lower than they used to be.
ReplyDeleteWhat is more impressive is that it actually had a 0.5 in A18-34 as well!
ReplyDeleteCool
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised Banshee doesn't have a bigger fandom/more recognition
ReplyDeleteI think Cinemax isn't a huge network for original shows, they have Banshee and The Knick currently and whilst they get love from critics I think its still minor league compared to say its sister company HBO.
ReplyDeletePlus cable dramas often have small fandoms like Justified, The Americans, Rectify. Sometimes a show breaks out big - Breaking Bad, American Horror Story, Walking Dead but mostly have dedicated fans and critical acclaim which on these networks is usually enough.
I figured Constantine would stay at 0.9, I really hope next episode it's up to 1 and stays there till the finale.
ReplyDelete12 Monkeys and Helix should move to Mondays aka Powerful Mondays, taking the spot of Being Human. And Syfy shouldn't put the episodes of 12 Monkeys on demand, because its Helix lead in
