The CBS schedule lists CSI as airing two episodes on February 15th, which will serve as the show's season finale.

    I kind of feel sorry for the way CSI is treated. I don't watch the show, but CBS could have billed this as a series finale and they could have done some better scheduling instead of burning these episodes off on a random day of the week.

    CBS is burning off a lot of episodes recently. Seriously, the way the last episode is sounding I don't think it will make a proper ending to the show. THis is the only procedural type show I watch so I'm sad to know that it most likely will be cancelled without some sense of closure.

    I still think a mentalist type final season is possible for the show but it is looking worse and worse.

    Assuming the final episodes were suppose to air 15th and 22th then the reason why they airing it as a double episode is bc due the Academy Awards taking place on the 22nd and know how important award show it is all shows are basically re runs on that day.

    It's actually tho bc the final 2 episodes were suppose to air 15th and 22nd but since as it's the Annual 87th Academy Awards CBS decided to air it as a double instead bc March 1st Battle Creek is set to debut that is why this is happening.

    The GRAMMYS are on the 8th. So there's really no other Sunday in February to air the final episode. I do hate that they're burning episodes off. They didn't plan things very well.
