    Honestly it could even be Ra's offering Laurel training or even Thea. It could also be Malcolm offering Oliver a partnership to take down Ra's.

    Felicity: "Wait...you and....Slade?"
    Oliver: "LOOK it's complicated, Shado never let me do the dingle-dangle. So Slade and I had to get creative"

    Hmm, "The Offer". I can think of two things. It's either connected to Ra's and the League. Or it's a Diggle/Lyla/ARGUS centric piece.

    It won't be. Marc yesterday said on tumblr Slade is only there for one episode 3.14. So no chance for that. But I would love a SS mini series.
