    But on the screen it's say that the Arrow is back, so he probably already grabbed his suit. My feeling is that the suit will ''go missing'', Felicity will see the new of the return on the news and that's at that moment he,ll come down the stairs

    It focus on the fight for the city, with Roy going "you have failed this city" Felicity struggling to accept Merlyn's help, more action scenes and then Oliver appearing at the end. Works better to pump you up!

    Unless everyone is out fighting on the street when he goes in. We'll have to wait and see
    If she see him first on that moment in the promo and it's when he goes to pick the suit, it mean that Diggle put it on (and hopefully took it back) for the tv to announced that the Arrow is back with the bad guy being already arrested. But if the bad guy is already in jail, why go pick the suit? Unless he goes fight the big battle of the rest of the bandits in the street

    Guggenheim said she will be in a van at the time of the fight, so he will enter the empty Foundry to pick up the suit.


    I guess they will come to the foundry, all are gonna leave(except Felicity) and he will come back to talk to her(don't think they'll dicuss their "relationship" with everyone around)? What a mess if that's it.
