    With only eight episodes, I doubt Agent Carter will fool around much with procedural elements. I think there's a specific story that's being told here, and needs to be done in a subtle, but highly serialized manner. I imagine it's going to be a serial pretending to be a procedural so as to not exclude a wider audience.
