ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a recast in the classic sense, these are different Howling Commandos. These characters were adapted from the Howling Commandos comic books and did not necessarily service Capt. America but are still Howling Commandos. Wow! Junior Juniper and his replacement Percy Pinkerton together for the first time ever! ReplyDeleteMaybe the explanation was they were add-ons after Steve and Bucky passed away. Or they could be part of a side unit Steve and the main HC used to work with for back up.
