ABC has given the green light to Flesh and Blood, a drama from Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal alumna Jenna Bans, Mandeville Prods. and ABC Studios.
Written by Bans, the project follows the return of a politician’s young son who was presumed dead after disappearing over a decade earlier, sending shockwaves throughout their tight knit community. But as the mysterious young man is welcomed back into his community, the neighbor sitting in jail for his murder is released and the cop responsible is forced to reexamine what truly happened so many years ago.

Hope none of these take over from Forever.
ReplyDeleteThis is the first pilot order so far that I've been slightly interested in.
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds mildly interesting.
ReplyDeleteInteresting logline. I liked Sea of Fire from her last season, so I hope that this one sticks.
ReplyDeleteMeh.
ReplyDeletescandal and how to get away from murder r great but this descrip idk im not feelin that dyin need to see
ReplyDeleteSounds like an interesting concept....definitely one of the more interesting ones. It doesn't sound like something that should be longer than one season, but I guess there are always ways to extend a plot (even when it shouldn't be)
ReplyDeleteWould give this one a shot.
ReplyDeleteI know. I am very fond of Forever and would be very sad to see it replaced.
ReplyDeleteIt has a slight edge and could surprise. The mystery of why and how could be quite interesting.
ReplyDeleteOf course like most shows it is all about the casting.
Sounds good.
ReplyDeleteReplaced? Forever is done no matter what.
