I'm going to go for a new layout for my reviews now. Instead of a huge recap and then a review, I think it would be more beneficial to go through the episode and review it along the way.

But on a related note, happy 80th episode cast and crew of 2 Broke Girls! I'm sure we'll be toasting to 180 episodes soon if you guys keep up the amazing work on the show.

'And the Fun Factory' Review

The episode begins with Han telling the others thanks for staying up late to try out the new iPad order system. Colour me impressed that this little diner is really advancing to the next level. We find out it's not by choice, Han is such a sneaky little devil but at least he gets the job done. They start a tutorial with Han and Max and really Han should know better than to ask Max. From Steve Jobs to "Han Jobs", Caroline has had a tutorial on the iPad before. I think Han has really developed a bitchy side through all the years of abuse from Max and the others and it's a marvellous thing to see. When Han's back is turned, they've hidden the iPads so quickly even I don't know how they've done it. That's sitcom logic. We soon discover where they are though and it was an amazing reveal.

We find out that the girls got $10,000 for their bank loan from the last episode which I am thrilled they got. Max also says she still might also be a little high from a brownie she had in 2004 and I can't help but think that might be a reference to the end of Sex and the City, a show that was created by 2 Broke Girls showrunner Michael Patrick King. Caroline has also been using Han's printer for some business-related printing to narrow down the places to get their T-shirts printed, and what do you know, there's a good one in Brooklyn. We learn Max worked at the Cheesecake Factory, and my mind wanders to the Cheesecake Factory in The Big Bang Theory where Penny worked. Wouldn't it be totally awesome if we had a 2 Broke Girls and The Big Bang Theory crossover where Penny and Max reunite after having worked in the Cheesecake Factory together? Make it happen CBS.

Woohoo, Sophie walks in (Applause)! We find out quickly she is starting her own business and it is an absolutely remarkable one. I would use it. You know when the waxer gives you "Michael Chiklis"? You know who I mean, the bald guy currently on American Horror Story: Freak Show. Well it's such a devastating dilemma that everybody can see but Max and Caroline. All Max has to do is throw a scrunchie on hers and she's off. But urgh, Oleg is so disgusting yet totally hilarious at the same time, I always laugh at what he says but then I feel bad about myself for laughing. His sexual innuendos are the all-time best ever. And the name of Sophie's business? Sophie Kachinsky's Vagina Wigs. I'm sold. I don't know what Caroline is talking about because I've never been more in! Wait, I heard that as soon as I said it. Oleg is really rubbing off on me.

The factory Max and Caroline go to looks super fun. I would work there. I know, right? Dammit, Peggy is also rubbing off on me too. She seems sweet really. Ace (a familiar face) also seems very, very nice. Maybe in a sickly sweet way? There must be a catch. Caroline is quick to go with them though Max thinks there may be some *NSYNC style tears backstage. It's pretty awesome that even the toilet cleaners can become owners, and the toilet cleaners are pretty hot. This makes Max and Caroline late for their shift at the diner and bless Han, he always lets them off, but not without a sarcastic retort. Sophie also comes in with some designs for her "murkins" and Han's delivery of "that's dirty" was hilarious (I had to rewind that and watch it twice). Sophie starts to feel Han's hair and it's probably the best moment of the season so far. Han was really getting into it. We don't get a lot of Han and Sophie interaction but when they do, it's magic. Soon though, we get to an exciting story when they find a note saying "help us" in the sample T-shirts they got. It takes Caroline some convincing but she gets on board to find out what's going on.

At the Mexican place, things heat up. Max and Caroline go on that date with the two guys from the factory but they skidaddle pretty quickly when Peggy and Carmen show up who also work at the factory. They look pissed. Turns out Rico (who thinks Caroline is really really really pretty) is one-hundred percent Peggy's. It looks like there won't be a fight, but Max makes a pretty hilarious observation as she walks away, causing Peggy and Carmen to turn back. There isn't a fight unfortunately because Max and Caroline would make the best tag-team in a fight ever.

Max and Caroline have gotten into the factory and go below "Willy Wonka's" amazing factory at the top to the real factory at the bottom. Max's plan is genius, to pretend to work like they do at the diner. It seems the very gullable Peggy and Carmen believe them to actually be working there. They seem to settle things with them though as Rico was only into Caroline before she talked. They kind of dig themselves into a hole with Peggy and Carmen which leads to Caroline saying that they're lovers. I was hoping there'd be a day when they'd say that. Freakin' hilarous. They get away with it and they start working but see someone go into a locked door while slinging shirts into washing machines before they decide to go over there. Caroline throws the last shirt and...

Hahahaha. Here's the classic 2 Broke Girls sitcom moment - Peggy was standing in front of the washing machine. Peggy throws it back and Max is all protective and throws one at her, but misses and hits Carmen. Guys, this is the most hilarious scene on the show in a long time. I love a good backward and forward fight on a sitcom. I loved that Max came to Caroline's rescue. If these two really were lovers, they'd be the best lesbian couple ever. I'm all for it. I know, right? Okay Gavin stop it. Anyway, after the hilarious fighting match, the whole situation turns into a huge misunderstanding. The "help us" note was actually a card that Max failed to read the back of. It's a business card. This was totally classic sitcom and you know what, I loved it.

As we close the episode, Max and Caroline are back at the diner. Even after the compassion Max showed, she is still closed off. Enter Sophie (woooo) and she walks down the stairs a little funny. My first thought is that she probably has one of her vagina wigs on. When she opens her legs, one falls out. That's the third time that a female in the diner has opened their legs and something has dropped out - Caroline with the fish that exploded down her top, Max when she had a Ginger Ale up her skirt and now Sophie's vagina wig falling off. All three moments were fantastic.

Let's take a look at them all:

Cupcake Total: $13,945.00 (up from $3,945.00)

Funniest Quotes

Earl: We had no choice, you locked the door from the outside.

Caroline: Han, why would we update our order system when our uniforms are from the 1970s and our paycheck is from the 1800s?

Max: Would you like that with or without salmonella?

Han: Formerly rich doesn't beat currently Asian!

Han: I'm in a casual flirtation with a woman in Australia. She's part Aboriginal but has a great personality.

Earl: I can't believe you and Caroline got a loan for your cupcake business and not a single hostage was involved.

Sophie: So girls, you know how you have that ten thousand dollars? Well I don't want to clean you out but how do you feel about tossing me ninety-five hundred?
Oleg: You two should invest, Sophie's business is genius! You know how a bunch of ladies got their down-there hair permanently lasered off?
Sophie: Now that's when the waxer gives you Michael Chiklis.

Max: Yeah I don't do any of that. I just throw a scrunchie on mine and go.

Oleg: Sometimes in the fog, my plane gets lost without a landing strip!

Sophie: You haven't even heard the cute little name - Sophie Kachinsky's Vagina Wigs!
Caroline: Yeah we're really out.
Sophie: That's a quality product. And it's real hair imported from va-China.
Caroline: Yeah, never been further out.

Ace: You know what else is a bummer?
Max: Tall guys with small penises?

Ace: You know what's really cool?
Max: Short guys with big penises?

Caroline: Max, this is it, this is our factory! The employees look happy and successful!
Max: So did the members of *NSYNC!

Han: How can I be mad with that heart-felt, sincere apology?

Max: This is like watching your gerbil hump a pencil.

Sophie: Oh girls, I'll be over here working on my African-American line. Yeah I can't decide whether I want to call it a Vaj-afro, or Pubic Goodin, Jr.

Max: And I thought we were bad waitresses.

Max: I guess she's his pitbull.

Max: Okay, we'll just pretend to be working here... like we do at the diner.

Max: You see this scar? Knife fight with five Catholic schoolgirls over a slushie.

Max: Oh hell no, leave my lover alone!

Caroline: Oh yeah, NOW IT'S ON!

Caroline: No don't put me in the drier, I used to be rich, I'm dry clean only!

Earl: Even a milky version of that was too much.

Episode Verdict

Man, I don't think I've laughed so much in an episode of 2 Broke Girls for a good while. It had some side-splitting scenes, moments and lines that really makes this episode standout from the season four bunch so far. What a fantastic way to start 2015. We also had 2 Broke Girls' most-watched episode since February 2014. Let's pray this positive rating trend continues to rise because at the minute, I think 2 Broke Girls is one of the best and funniest sitcoms on television. And lesbihonest, who doesn't love to see Max and Caroline pretend to be in a relationship? Comedy gold right there. Continue to do us proud writers! Unfortunately, there's another week break before we get the next all-new episodes of 2 Broke Girls. Now that's a bummer (though tall guys with small penises is also a bummer).

What did you guys think of 'And the Fun Factory'? Let me know in the comments and be sure to watch the next new episode of 2 Broke Girls on January 19th on CBS!
