of all the shows that air this day it's the only one I could get into. AHS simply isn't horror enough for me and is more a teen-ish drama that is hellbent to bring together Taissa Farmingas and Evan Peters characters together all the time (it's less shipping as it is fan obsession with actors being together). The 100 I sadly haven't started watching yet, the pilot didn't blow me away and I didn't want to keep watching after hearing that Jasper survives the cliffhanger. It would've been awesome if his character stayed dead because I DO like killing off mains in early episodes and I don't like Devon Bosticks overacting at all...ever since he played Ezio in Assassin's Creed: Lineage I can't look at that guy. Nashville appears to have a certain charme but I never started watching it because it appears to be the type of show I hate, if you haven't noticed by now: I hate shipping that takes over shows. Stalker sounds interesting but I never got around to watch it I liked the early episodes of Chicago PD but like with every Dick Wolf show it's better off binge watched
I feel bad for this show, it looked so charming. But of course FOX had to ruin the promotion with it appearing WAY too pretentious (I don't know if it is but I know it's why I didn't bother watching)
When they made the little girl cut the other good dude's troath i was like "Whaaaaaaaat?" and she just stood there, singing, next to the body. It was something else xD
The Goldbergs & Arrow are the only shows I watch on Wednesdays now. Since I expected Arrow to be in the lead, I voted Goldbergs...good thing I did. So far down the list.
Out of these, The Goldbergs is the most consistent in quality of the shows I watch so I voted for it. However, The 100 was really close. It is a far richer and more intense show than I ever thought it could be. The characters are often forced to choose between 2 or more bad options and everything has a consequence. When it isn't concentrating on stupid love triangles, Red Band Society is great too.
Arrow and then The 100. I catch up on Chicago PD and Nashville, dropped Criminal Minds a few seasons ago. There is hardly any procedual I watch anymore.
That's probably a good idea if you're not a fan just yet. I watched the first season in like...2 or 3 days, and now waiting a week between episodes is killing me, so yeah, like I said, that's a good idea.
And like you, I saw the pilot when it first aired, and wasn't that impressed. But I decided to give it another chance, and I don't regret it. It gets better after episode 3 or 4.
I actually read an article somewhere (don't remember where) where the producers said that the 100 was actually not as expensive as everybody seems to think... He mentioned a couple of reasons also (but again ... don't remember which ones anymore, sorry ). I'm just saying this because it surprised me too.
This season it's Nashville. Because the story is pretty good at the moment.
I do like Arrow and Chicago PD, but I'm a shipper foremost and I'm not satisfied with the pace of any of my interests on these two at the moment. Sure the action is cool, but that is pretty much the same sh!t, different pile every week....it's the characters lives/stories that keep me coming back. That includes their love lives, and right now their love lives suck. lol :)
Picked The Goldbergs. It is more or less a tie between that & Arrow, and I assumed (correctly) that Arrow would be leading, so I went with the best comedy to come out in the past 3 or 4 seasons.
