so we're officially going to see Nightwing, Starfire and Raven in live-action, AWESOME!!!
ReplyDeleteIn regards to Preacher? Last I heard it had a pilot order, but hadn't been ordered to series yet.
ReplyDeleteSo ready to see Nightwing.
ReplyDeletehopefully this mean Roy Harper/Colton will join as a guest.....I would hate to see two Roy Harper/deathstroke
ReplyDeleteI doubt Colton will appear in it, what with this series being on TNT and Colton's character being on The CW. Think Quicksilver on X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
ReplyDeleteI need someone to do Witchblade and then The Darkness after Witchblade can introduce it, and I'll be totally satisfied. :)
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to this. Always wanted to see teen titans in live action. Hopefully they can pull off Starfire and Raven
ReplyDeleteDick Grayson is my favorite character, I would love to see Nightwing and the rest of the Titans on screen, I just need good casting and for them to keep the characters themselves (don't try to make Nightwing Batman-lite, because that's just not who he is).
ReplyDeleteSo does next year mean March/April so the show might be on Fall 2015 or is it more literal as in it is shooting Fall/Winter 2015?
ReplyDeleteoh series pickup yeah now that makes sense, sort of of like Supergirl it was just a pilot order right?
ReplyDeletehe's not? then what's he like is like The Flash more light than brooding?
ReplyDeleteDick can be competent and serious, but he's very talkative, has a sense of humor and terrible puns, he's super friendly and probably the only one who can make a demon child like Damian a halfway decent human being. I LOVE that he's not dark and brooding, even though, as I said, he can be serious when he needs to and also suffers tragedies like every other superhero.
ReplyDeleteSo freaking cool! I've always been really interested in a live action Titans show ever since the beloved cartoon went off the air. Looking forward to seeing who will be cast as Raven, Starfire, and my favorite, Dick Grayson.
ReplyDeleteoh cool i guess i just thought when he becomes Nightwing he loses his sense of humor and lightness
ReplyDeleteOh God no, he doesn't even lose his sense of humor when he was Batman, back when Bruce was dead (nobody ever stays dead in the comics, except for Gwen Stacy and Uncle Ben, poor Spidey).
ReplyDeleteThey're really doing this. Great! I hope it works out but more than that I hope they take their inspiration from the Marv Wolfman & George PĂ©rez era from the 1980's, not that silly Teen Titans Go! cartoon. No slag on the cartoon seriously: from what I saw of it, it was cute and had some funny moments but it looked more like something geared towards 15 year olds. The Titans from the 80's was a lot more mature in tone, style and subject matter which would work better on a cable network.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget The Angelus! :)
ReplyDeleteYep :)
ReplyDeleteCool.
ReplyDeleteOh I hope it get pick up here who I like to see in the roles
ReplyDeleteMatt Lanter as Nightwing
Mackenzie Rosman as Starfire
Francis Raisa as Raven
Tyler James Williams as Cyborg
Doc Shaw as Beast Boy
let's not forgot that CW want's a 3rd DC show lol
ReplyDeleteThey might be aiming for a summer premiere where most all TNT shows do well during the summer time.
ReplyDeleteI thought they didn't want another DC show, which is why Supergirl (which is supposedly also set in the arrowverse) isn't going to air on The CW?
ReplyDeleteOr maybe I've misread it somewhere ;P
Mons ago an article was posted that the CW president was looking to add a third show but didn't say who it would be so hopefully next yr we might get a report saying The Flash will air a backdoor pilot or maybe even on Arrow lol
ReplyDeleteWell, aren't there a couple Gwen Stacy clones running around somewhere in the Marvel 616 universe? I do know there's a clone living with aunt May in the Ultimate universe, plus there's a universe where Gwen was bitten by the spider (Spider-Gwen! Love her!).
ReplyDeleteAnyway, what i'm saying is that even Gwen isn't completely dead. Nobody is truely 100% gone. :P

ReplyDeleteMark Pedowitz mentioned in October that discussions were ongoing for a 3rd Superhero show.
Supposedly The CW wasn't offered Supergirl or Titans. The bigger name properties (anything related to Superman or Batman) seem to be going out to other networks since they can get them into a bidding war. Gotham supposedly had 3 networks fighting over it for example.
There are reports of Booster Gold appearing in The Flash which would ultimately i belive become the 3rd show lol. Before that Booster Gold was suppose to be Syfy home but apparently the plans fell through.
