    damn you're right enzo kills Liz AAAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!, so no more carenzo and she's officially the last parent of a main character to die and now they're all orphans

    Liz is the best! I really hope that doesn't happen because her interactions with Caroline are so nice to see and her interactions with Damon are hilarious

    Sheriff Forbes- possibly. the writers seem desperately out of ideas and aggressively pushing Steroline (yuck).
    Tyler- as long as Liv is alive.. not happening
    Jeremy- nope. who will bonnie come back for? and there's the hunter curse
    Bonnie - maybe this whole thing is about Bonnie being gone forever (not)
    Matt - maybe they think he's dead but Enzo has him


    I really hope its not Liz, she's the only interesting thing about Caroline

    Just because they aren't main characters doesn't mean they have to be killed off. It doesn't mean that all the regular characters have to be parentless. And Sheriff Forbes has served a narrative purpose.

    OMG!Why in the world is enzo so obsessed with stefan!Is he secretly gay and trying to get attention of him now that he sees that his female bestie(caroline) and his love(stefan)is going to hook up eventually!LOL!Coz this would be a better storyline what that the writers in front of us.They insist on torturing bonnie and keep her locked in that prison while this is what is going on in mystic falls!This season started so great,now it's all crumbling!!
    This mid-season finale better be good!!Urgh!

    I think Enzo's issues with Stefan stem out of jealousy. Stefan has friends and Damon as a brother, and Enzo wants it all; otherwise his obsession with Stefan makes no sense at all. I hope Damon eventually kills Enzo because he's torturing Stefan as he is...and I hope it's soon.

    Can someone clear this up for me-Why didn't damon and elena use their vamp speed to go to portland to pick up bonnie.They could've done it in half the time and picked her up.It was implied in episode 2 that they don't their vampirism they travel back in that 1994 purgatory.Damon said he had fangs.So,how come they sat there all the time in the porch chatting,waiting for bonnie to show up?

    Please writers,find Enzo a hobby besides killing people close to Stefan!Really,what's wrong with him?Stefan is his best friend's brother. If writers made Enzo a regular character for this,they could've killed him.

    Matt's mom walked out on him and I don't think he ever knew his father, his mother probably doesn't even know who his father is. Matt took care of his sister as best as he could because she was a mess and he' had to take care of himself. When his mother decided to make an appearance Matt takes care of her because she's a hot mess too so so technically Matt is an orphan. His mother isn't dead but she wasn't there for him and he's never had a father, He doesn't have parents.

    I don't think enzo is in any danger of dying.And i really don't think stefan would be a little bit sad if he dies.If you watch the promo carefully,you will notice that elena is standing in front of the hospital sadly while stefan is sadly comforting caroline,ergo-liz ends up mortally injured.As for enzo,in the last scene you would notice enzo has sustained a punch from matt and ends up capturing matt in tripp's van instead of getting captured.Poor matt never had any chance against him anyway!

    There's something I don't get, why does Enzo suddenly hate Stefan so much? Is it just because he tried to kill him? Because if Enzo wants to stay friends with Damon, I don't see how killing his brother is gonna help with that.

    For her specific bad news, this time i don't have a theory. THIS time. But i still don't think it has to do with the "death" of Liz. Maybe she has a condition. Or maybe it's not Liz at all, could be Matt. Could be Tyler that die.

    I don't think liz will die.In worse case scenario,she can be seriously injured.As for matt,he will most probably get captured by enzo going by the promo.And there's no way they would kill a series regular in a mid-season finale.

    Well that's what's floating around. I'm on the opposite end of that thinking. I truly believe Liz won't die. I'm sticking with it. I really wouldn't put it past them to kill someone off just B/C it's the mid-finale. I highly doubt Caroline is crying b/c Matt is captured by Enzo. She wouldn't cry over that.

    OMG this ep looks AMAZING!!! Flashback Elena, Delena and mistletoe, Defan hugging and IMO Stefan giving Damon his car back, Steroline (even tho Liz dying is gonna make me cry), Enzo on the warpath, Matt fighting back, Kai and his fam fighting it out, I'm excited for all of it!!! Is it Thursday yet??? :)



    Props to the CW promo dept btw, the promos last season got sooo bad IMO but they're back to being good again :)

    Can't wait for the Bonnie, Caroline, & Elena flashbacks!!!!

    I really hope Luke and Liv make it out of this episode alive, although if one were to die I can't even decide who I'd be more gutted about. We've seen more from Liv, so she'd be the more effective loss I guess. But I really like Luke and think he has potential if given a decent storyline. So here's hoping they off Jo. Really I'd rather Matt or Alaric bite the dust. But they just brought Matt David back, so it's doubtful he'd go this early in the season, and it looks like Enzo has plans for Matt so no joy there.

    I've actually noticed this a few times in the show. I can't remember specific examples but all their road trips or not getting somewhere in time... but I've wondered the same thing before. For my own sanity I've decided they can't vamp speed long distances ;)
