Now that jeremy has moved on from bonnie although it highly doubt it,we'll see how he holds up after she actually returns to the land of living-i wonder what his purpose in the show is anymore! He's just wandering around aimlessly since season 5!Poor steven,i hope he gets better projects than this in future!
I liked him One upon a time as well, but his character is going nowhere. And Steven is a handsome and solid actor he can do something better, he deserves it.
I hope Jeremy really does move on. I got so sick of Jeremy/Bonnie last season. I like Jeremy, but I want Bonnie with someone with more of a personality. I want her to have someone who challenges her and makes her become the best version of herself. I just never really saw any chemistry between Kat and Steven. She has major chemistry with Ian and Chris, though. Too bad Kai is a total psychopath.
Ok so,apart from being Elena's brother and Bonnie's boyfriend what's his role?He doesn't have a storyline( Matt and Tyler who have own storylines this season at least).I like Jeremy but I think he's a useless character.
Well that was a nice sibling moment (being that they are rare). And Ummm when did Jeremy become "eye candy"?? That little scene with three women checking him out? Hahahaha Ok Jer. And seriously Jeremy has NO role whatsoever. Can we please give him something to do??
Which, IMO, is a testament to how far the show has fallen. If the guy who once upon a time did a voiceover for the show, saying 'this is my story', has no storyline but one where he has to deal with his best friend's newly realized romantic feelings for him... Then you'll see where the problem lies.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Most girls are crazy about Ian Somerhalder, and once upon a time, I had the hots for him (In Smallville, for example). Now I think, yes he's handsome, but way, way overrated.
I've always found Jeremy to be pretty attractive (though I can't say I like how buff he's become.) And characters on the show have pointed it out as well. In season 2, Sarah (who Tyler killed) pointed it out, Liv flirted with him and called his eyes pretty, and Bonnie calls him hot all the time.
Couldn't agree anymore. And while we're at it,who thought in season 1 that stefan will play match-maker between his brother and his ex.The sisters of Doom ran the show to the ground, although this season is comparatively better than season 5-i'll give them that!
Never did/ will I find him attractive. To me he'll always be "little Gilbert" (and he's younger than me IRL so another turn off). He's not unattractive he's just not attractive to me. And that was different, Bonnie actually liked him. Liv barely flirted with him, just to annoy Bonnie, i dont count that at all. Again, three women checking him out at once, is a bit excessive.
I don't think Liv only flirted with him to annoy Bonnie, but we'll agree to disagree. Nor do I think it's excessive for three young women to check out a well-built young man.
You didn't have to bring up Ian. It was just a good example of 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' because I know how much some people fancy him, whereas I think that his looks, while decent, is not worth the hype it's getting.
I don't mean to start an argument. I just want to share my opinion.
It's funny how you say "well-built" when you yourself just said his phisque does nothing for you. Pretty ironic if you ask me. And I wasn't starting an argument but you mentioning Ian was very moot. Despite trying to bring up a "good example" there was no example that needed to bring brought up. But ok then. And yes agree to disagree...agreed.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Unavailable in my country! I just died a bit! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI feel ya.....
ReplyDeleteNOW I can watch. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteJeremy has moved on. That's fine because it clears the way for Bonnie to be with someone way more awesome.
ReplyDeleteHope you're not talking about either Kai or Damon.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not Kai. And if being with Damon gets her more screentime, well, eh. Just anyone but Jeremy.
ReplyDeleteLol, because you want to get rid of him?
ReplyDeleteYes! He won in the Most Useless Character competition! Defeating even Matt and Tyler.

ReplyDeletelol
ReplyDelete:( I love him. I just wish the writers would give him a good storyline.
ReplyDeleteI liked him One upon a time as well, but his character is going nowhere. And Steven is a handsome and solid actor he can do something better, he deserves it.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, you could say half the cast could be cut loose and no one would think twice about it.

ReplyDeletehis story line is to cry over bonnie and look pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery honest truth.Jeremy, caroline and stefan are currently leading that pack!LOL!
ReplyDeleteLOL :-)

ReplyDeleteIf I were in charge, I'd make Jerematt happen and voila! Jer has a storyline. Two birds with one stone. :)
