LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11, 2014 – HBO received 15 Golden Globe nominations, the most of any television network this year for the 14th year in a row, and CINEMAX received 1 Golden Globe nomination, for the upcoming 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards, which were announced today in Los Angeles. The Golden Globe Awards will be presented Jan. 11 in Los Angeles.
HBO’s Golden Globe nominations this year include:
* 4 nominations for “True Detective,” including Best Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television, 2 for Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television (Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson) and Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television (Michelle Monaghan).
