    I wonder how Jan could really leave the FBI, because he works for them
    in exchange of his freedom. Abbot is waiting for this "false" list of
    Red John minions and will not let Jane leave without that. If this
    happend, It may be really exciting to watch though.

    because it has an agreement with Abbott ..
    I think that for 5 years ..
    because if Jane leaves
    Abbott and pulls him to the murder of Red John and Jane go to jail..
