He opened his eyes because it fitted with the spoken words, that what Clarke did will haunt her to the end of her days. Even though the body is dead, the spirit lives on.
Looks like this partnership is off to a rocky start already. Poor Raven :( She just can't catch a break. And that had to have been a hallucination/dream sequence of Finn. Can't wait to see this all play out on January 21st! Such a long wait.
Let me first say that I really like the show and still do but ..... I really liked Finn so for me it's a shame that we will have to go on without him. But I was looking forward to a truce between the Ark and the grounders and now they are jeopardising this AGAIN ??? Come on ......
Unlike some, I would've took the deal with no hesitations. What Finn did was unforgivable. I'm not a believer in torturing anybody or anything to death so what princess did was right in giving a merciful death to Finn. Also what Finn did giving himself up was also right, Finn took 18 innocent and noncombatant people hostage and then he slaughtered them out of rage, yes Finn needed to be put down because Finn had control issues.
Now after watching the promo I see that someone who wants a war is going to try and kill the leader of the grounder's in order to get that war. I think it will end up being the leader of the grounder's 2nd. in command who try's to kill her commanders so she can have her war that she has wanted ever since 300 of her clansmen were killed trying to kill the first 100 sky people.
I have a feeling that Raven did it, but would not confess even after getting tortured. She'll just wait for her turn to strike back again and will be the ultimate cause of truce ending.
Unfortunately the producer Jason Rosenberg confirmed his death in an interview, the second part of season 2 will be about Clarke coping with her guilt. :-(
I would have handed Finn right over. He was guilty. He fired on unarmed people. And he was a loose cannon who could do it again. I thought they were all insane to keep trying to protect him. If he was innocent, that would have been a whole other thing, but he was totally guilty.
Same for me. During the whole episode I thought just get it over with already. He was guilty and 1 death for 18 innocent people grounders or not it's more than merciful offer. I was annoyed with characters finding ways to spare him. The 100 I can understand but Abby's BS it's just unbearable. I'm not one of Finn haters, he was plain for me since the beginning and I don't care so much about characters to fight over them. I want to enjoy the show and I can't stand illogical behaviour especially when it comes to adults.
Could this mean Clarke will be seeing Finn's ghost in this episode? And if so will Finn help Clarke solve what ever the problem will be with the Grounders ?
Ok so I'm really rooting for Bellarke to happen some day, but Finn's death did make me cry. He had it coming, but he was a good guy and the crimes he committed he did out of love. Also, I wanted Raven and Finn to get back together, she needs him! However gotta give it to the 100, they're not scared of hardcore twists. Poor Clarke, it definitely will haunt her for a long time. And Raven will probably never forgive her.
I'm guessing Indra did it. She hasn't exactly appeared supportive of her commander's decisions lately. And killing one of her own to blame on the sky people is the perfect way to either end the truce, or make Lexa appear weak and take over as commander. Raven seems too obvious a choice, and I think the writers may have her blame Clarke more than anyone for what happened to Finn.
I wonder if we are seeing the potential challenge to Lexa's leadership of the Grounders by a rival who may or may not agree with an alliance between the Grounders and the Arkers?
I guess more that his face is haunting her... J.R. he is truly gone and that they wish him well on his acting career and so far nothing is planed as with Wells. The Story of Finn Collins is told.
I agree with Winchester here, i think its the 2nd in command of the grounders thats stirring the pot with the war. Every meeting that Clarke had with their leader, she showed signs of distate and insubordination, so clearly, she has her own set if ideals that contrast to that of her leader`s.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
The fallout is going to be epic and I can't wait.
ReplyDeleteWait a sec, didn't Finn open his eyes as they were carrying him away in this promo? Is he still alive?

ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure that was Clarke's PTSD

ReplyDeleteBy the way if you check imdb.com the actor is credited till the end of the season, so its possible that he didn't die)))

ReplyDeleteThat site isn't really the most reliable source.
ReplyDeleteUnless she's on those crazy nuts again, I don't think so. She miht have nightmares though

ReplyDeleteWell, it's possible they have "spare" scenes with the actor and will put them in several episodes without bringing him back.
