Ohhh Finn :( I have no idea if you will survive this Grounder confrontation or not but I just know it's going to be tough to watch. There's really no way out of this. I'm so scared/excited for this midseason finale.
Would much rather Finn dies, but is that too obvious? Then again, The 100 is well written enough that it doesn't have to resort to shock tactics. Saying that, since this episode has flashbacks focusing on Finn and Raven's relationship, I wonder if Raven may be the one who ends up taking Finn's place. Which I am so not okay with.
Everybody thinks Finn will die because the flashbacks are about him. But they are also about Raven and I bet she's going to offer herself and her expertise in his stead. When she talked about Finn to Clarke in season one, she said she probably owed him her life since he looked out for her and kept her fed.
I hope we get to see the Grounder's POV a little more. Anything we learned about Lincoln and his people in season one was only seen because one of our "Sky" character was present. In season 2, we even got to see the Mountain Men's POV through multiple scenes (mostly about the president, his son and Dr.Tsing) while they were away from our core characters . I hope some grounders eventually become important enough to the show to have their own arc in the story. Even Lincoln was seen only in the presence of either Octavia or the Mountain Men the story is following.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteThis is episode 9. Anyone notice the parallel from Unity Day, 1x09? Raven and Bellamy stay hidden and go as backup for Clarke.
ReplyDeleteand now?
ReplyDeleteIt's episode 8.
ReplyDeleteThe sooner the Arc people and the Grounders get together to kill the Mt. Weather people the better. If that means that Finn has to go then so be it.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure he will survive.
ReplyDeleteI would be fine with Finn being killed off at this point. I never really cared for his character.
ReplyDeleteWould they really kill off Finn? Can't wait for the finale, should be awesome!
ReplyDeletethey have done other things we did not expect

ReplyDeleteI wonder what everyone will think of having a Grounder (Lincoln) and a Grounder Sympathiser (Octavia) in their camp.
