AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! God i hate that damn mark, Cain better come and finally destroy it once and for all, Dean this isn't you please don't do this and whoa he looks like when he was in Purgatory and that laugh scares the hell out of me
FINALLY the mark does something! After cutting short Demon Dean and everyone saying the MOC is still in play, then ignoring it until the midseason finale.
I’m glad that Dean stated he can’t go down that road again because some fans thought that Sam had been in the wrong for trying to cure Dean no matter what it took.
OMG OMG OMG!!! :O DEAN DARK AGAIN!! AND MY SAMMY... AND ALL!! THIS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!! MY POOR DEAN!! :´( I CAN´T WAIT!! SUPERNATURAL BEST SHOW EVER! :D ♥
They never ignored it until the mid-season finale, Dean has shown hints of it in previous episodes by the way he butchers people. It's a brilliant and subtle build culminating to this mid-season finale
Finally. This season started with such a huge changes - with dean being a demon and even after he was seemingly cured, there were countless possibilities to make a compelling story for the boys (and Cas for that matter) but instead SPN turned into some random monster(and rather boring one) of the week show with the boys doing... well, stuff. Mostly just being there, showing some skills and .. I don't know - looking for a puropse? I'm glad the show is willing to finally be about them and maybe have some direction, although I would say it's well past time.
I stopped breathing for 50 seconds!!! holy hell this looks intense But, I sure hope the laugh and the scene where Dean has killed everyone isn't being taken out of it's context and that they just want us to think that Dean has gone this dark...
This preview made me mad for different reasons. Not that it doesn't seem exiting but - first, it seems like we are back to season 9 final. Dean is influenced by the MoC. We could take away the last 10 episodes and be back to Dean who wants to kill Gadreel. Same. So season 10 is a waste of time. - second, there are two leads in this damm show. Why can't the writers write equally for both characters on the same time. Is it so hard. Jeez, how can they do that in shows where there are 8. So Sam will barely be in it, just like in season 9 final and last season mid final. I know I shouldn't judge before watching it, but knowing Jared didn't film much for this episode, the second point sure stands. Sorry it's just of these day where I need to shout at the world.
MOC has been pushing Dean to kill so far, but now it's not. That should be a relief to Dean, but it's not a relief. Dean looks like...He misses it? If MOC has been pushing Dean this whole time, then I'm MORE impressed with all the easy kills he could have made, but didn't, like Kate & Cole.
Especially with Cole, Dean had every right to kill Cole, revenge for Sam, self-defense for attempts on his life and the MOC in his head, pushing him to kill him and Dean resisted it and refused it.
The MOC is like a drug, when Dean doesn't feel it, he misses it, get withdrawals. As long as he gets daily doses, he feels he can handle it.
The MOC going quiet all of a sudden is concerning, like it's preparing it's energy for a much harder, more irresistible surge into Dean's mind.
The MOC is punishing Dean for resisting it, by going cold turkey on him. So that when The MOC power comes back on, his mind will be relieved at it's return, cause it wants another hit.
With Dean's defenses down and him embracing it again temporary, the MOC will then give him an overdose of it's power on purpose, he won't be able to fight it then.
Im with you on this one. Think it's a dream, and it just makes Dean nervous so he talks to Cas about it and nothing actually happens with the mark or Dean this episode.
I figured that maybe the MOC did go quiet and he was rubbing it because he missed that powerful pull and he was trying to activate it or wake it up somehow.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
WELL *packs bags and disappears*
ReplyDeletewhy it looks insane, crazy insane

ReplyDeleteCan we please get Dean back to normal? Not liking this mark of cain version!
ReplyDeleteThis looks pretty intense. Hope it's as good as it looks or has potential to be.
ReplyDeleteFINALLY the mark does something! After cutting short Demon Dean and everyone saying the MOC is still in play, then ignoring it until the midseason finale.
ReplyDeleteCain is reportedly coming back in episode 14.
ReplyDeleteI’m glad that Dean stated he can’t go down that road again because some fans thought that Sam had been in the wrong for trying to cure Dean no matter what it took.

ReplyDeleteWow! Great promo! Dean looked so helpless in that room with the dead bodies :(
ReplyDeletethey're probably all just demons anyway
ReplyDeleteHow he killed demons without the special knife?

ReplyDeleteI don't know, I think it could be a dream. it's in white and black and at one time we see Dean waking up.
ReplyDeleteI love this promo. It's creepy fun like the older season promo's used to be.
ReplyDeleteExactly! *hurriedly drags bags out doors and into the night* #evenfangirlsneedbreaks
ReplyDeleteCas' storyline is going to be tied with Claire Novak but for how long we don't know. Poor Sammy is getting a backseat this season.

damn
ReplyDeletei thought i was the only one that saw that, yeah every time he killed it scared the hell out of me

ReplyDeleteI don't think the Mark did go quiet. At the end of the episode, Dean was holding his arm. I just figured he was lying to Sam.
ReplyDeleteIt's been pushing him this entire time, but he's been trying to keep it quiet.
I figured that maybe the MOC did go quiet and he was rubbing it because he missed that powerful pull and he was trying to activate it or wake it up somehow.
ReplyDeleteI suppose either way it possible. Guess we'll find out!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait! The last SEVERAL eps have been very silly filler.
