EW has learned exclusively that Amy Brenneman is set to reprise her role as Marie de Guise in an episode airing in early 2015.
“We are very excited to welcome back Amy Brenneman as Marie de Guise in an episode airing next year,” executive producer Laurie McCarthy said. “You never know what’s coming with Marie de Guise, and this time will be no different as she delivers a series of shocking revelations to Mary, and ultimately forces her to face and confront her failing relationship with Francis.”
McCarthy’s final tease: “And get ready to see how Marie inadvertently causes one of the ladies-in-waiting to experience something they’ve never experienced before!”

We all know how she's Team Frary but Catherine is the Queen of that ship.

ReplyDeleteWhat about information on Scotland. Around this time, historically, they were dealin with political upheaval and a religious crisis as well. This is no just the Frary show, its about Queen Mary and her reign. Politics and power, the is the true relationship of the show. Honestly...

ReplyDeleteI feel like this season they've focused much more on politics than on relationships. Of course they are using politics to set the conflict between the main characters and explore the effects on them but that's to be expected and that's the why I like the show to be.

I don't know what kind of shows you like and The Leftovers is not for everyone since it's very very dark (did I mention it is very dark?), but I personally love the show, so maybe you could give it a try if the trailer appeals to you. Amy is awesome in the show for sure.
