I hate this episode. The only people I found palable in the episode were Jenny, Hawley, and especially Irving. Therefore my vote goes to him without question although Henry killing Moloch was good too.
ReplyDeleteI could not agree more. I'm still mad. I swear pod writers took over the S1 crew. I voted for Irving. It makes me mad that for the entire first half, they used him for fodder. He finally gets an epic scene, only to die? Whatever. It is SH so I'll hold a small hope.
ReplyDeleteUmm the motorcycle bit I enjoyed. The episode felt jumbled and bizarre after that I dunno what happened
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the episode but I feel like I have to rewatch the last few eps after I get my bearings. I mean last several hours of SH have felt more like a final season than anything. And then in the MID-season finale the apocalypse begins, everything is ending, then suddenly they get an upper hand, then Irving dies, then Henry singlehandedly halts the apocalypse in its tracks. I mean what the hell. I mean... I did actually like that last scene, but essentially the entire show as we know it is completely upturned. And apparently it's confirmed Moloch was destroyed, and not just his body on this plane which I thought might be the case. So who's gonna come to create a new apocalypse and control the horsemen and how the hell is any of that even gonna work. I'm so mindfucked I just can't do anything but ramble.
ReplyDeleteBut as for top favorite scene it's either Irving's fight scene or the battle whenever Katrina was finally being semi-badass with her magic just because that's always fun.
the scene of Abbie and IC debate who wield the sword first is so touching and make me wanna cry
ReplyDeleteI liked the scene with Irving with his awesome sword play, I hate that he had to die in the process, I would have chosen the scene of Henry killing Moloch which was big, but since Irving died being a hero I had to go with that as my favorite, disappointed nonetheless!!
ReplyDeleteJohn Noble slayed that last scene so it definitely has to be that one.
ReplyDeleteThe heated heart2heart scene between Ichabod and Katrina, the brief scene when Hawley finds out Ichabod married a witch, the whole group walking together, Frank's fight with War, Katrina's interigating of Abraham, and the most of all....The last scene with Henry telling the story of father and son at the end before he plunges the sword in Moloch.
