Wonderful episode. It was great that Jo giving Callen another chance, to see Sam with Michelle and his kids and of course the Densi kiss (so happy!!!!). I have to admit I was definitely surprised, I didn't think it was going to happen, but I'm really really happy :)
Just for the record, Kensi and Deeks still have those plans to go snowboarding for Christmas, and Nell and Eric still have plans to fly out to meet her parents.
Yay! I love it when episodes make us happy. I feel the same way about this one. So many great moments (including the wonderful Densi kiss!) I wasn't sure if it was going to happen, either - but so thrilled it did. :)
Hard to chose eventhough the kiss is what every Densi Shipper wanted (it was a great Xmas gift), the whole episode was great ... I like the Callen/Joelle, Sam and familly, Granger/Hetty sharing their glass The case was interesting...Well the Episode was awesome ;)
Finally Deeks gets his girl... jeez...the writers had Deeks chasing for 4 seasons. I'm glad they didn't string the chase along any further...it was time. It was nice for Kensi to be the one to finally take a leap of faith... Deeks has been game for a long time.
Most of the scenes you listed could have gotten my vote. The episode was that good. It felt like the show runners were willing to take a chance and move the main character story lines forward. That was awesome! Great episode.
The kiss was indeed a great Christmas gift - but like you say, the whole episode was great and filled with fantastic scenes! Awesome is a fitting word. :)
Yeah, it's about time Deeks gets his girl. Haha. It was definitely time to resolve that! You make a great point about how fitting it was for Kensi to be the one agreeing to take that leap of faith. I agree!
I love it when the show runners are willing to take this kind of chance to move the character's storylines forward! Thanks for pointing that out. So many great scenes - it was just a great episode!!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Tonight's episode delivered something for everyone's favorite characters. This was the kind of ensemble storytelling the show needs more of.

ReplyDeleteIt was really hard to pick just one scene. It was such a great episode. I picked Joelle giving Callen a second chance.
