New Girl - Preview - "LAXmas"

This week on what I believe is the mid-season finale of New Girl, the gang heads to LAX to travel for their respective holiday plans. Things never go according to plan for the gang in the loft as they end up delayed at the airport with thousands of other weary and eccentric characters. Let's just say things start off rather interesting…I'll leave you with this quote, "the white bearded devil is going to die tonight!" Jess and Ryan share an intimate moment in the school's dressing room for their holiday play as well as a proposition to go to London with him. Cece is heading to New York, Schmidt is going to Long Island, Jess in London, Nick and Winston in Chicago, and Coach decides to go on holiday in Hawaii. He needed a break from living "with a million people"…four.

They arrive at the airport to find a huge storm has delayed every plane leaving everyone stuck at LAX. Coach's flight ends up on time, Schmidt and Cece are on the red-eye, or as Schmidt puts it, "what do I look like, a 24 year old who is too afraid to break up with his college girlfriend?" Jess gets into an altercation with guest star Billy Eichner (Parks and Recreation) who happens to be the unlucky attendant redirecting passengers on stand-by. Schmidt tries to schmooze his way into the first class lounge while Coach has to deal with charging his phone at the terminal. Quite possibly the best and worst decision airports/airlines decided to give their passengers. Tune in to New Girl tomorrow night at 9PM to have a dose of holiday spirit with your favorite gang and to see if they make it to their destinations without losing their sanity.

  1. Well, I've got to ask. Any Nick/Jess moments?

  2. Haha I'll say they have their moments, but maybe not in the way you're thinking.
