    I dont know.. Gibbs rules being written down as opposed to locked away in NCIS memories sounds like a bad omen of sorts

    Tim isn't leaving according to the episode synopsis Tim is writing a letter to his Dad. Quote:[House Rules – The NCIS team consults with three cyber-terrorists they imprisoned after a city-wide Internet shutdown the week before Christmas.     Too bad Gibbs is such a dang hypocrite about his rules.
    Rule 13: Never, Every involve a Lawyer, yet he ditched his surrogate daughter's naturalization to chat with one who showed up at his door.
    Rule 15: Always work as a Team: from Natasha to Dearing, how many tes did Gibbs go out as loan wolf and leave j is team in the dark?
    Rule 12: Never Date a Co Worker, he didn't give a rip when he had a chance to make it w Jenny in Prison or Moscow, but heaven forbid two people who've been together 8 years want a relationship?
    RULE 9: NEVER go Anywhere without a knife: Yet I've seen no evidence his incapable-in-the-field agent has one or has been trained to use one.
