I love the idea of the factionless fighting. I thought that that was the worst aspect of the 1st film. However this looks really really like Mockingjay. I haven't read either of the books.
This looks awesome! I read the book about a year ago and quite honestly, I don't remember anything about it (forgettable) but this movie looks unforgettable.
That was WAY too much. I felt like I watched the whole movie. And her being captured is something they should't reveal, especially in the FIRST trailer. Btw, I haven't read the book so I don't know everything that happens; maybe her being captured is not a big deal at all.
Maybe the reason why the trailer doesn't jog your memory is because, except for a few moments, it seems like a completely different source material. It appears that the producers, screenwriters, director, and all the people behind the movie, realized the book's true potential and decided to reach it. Which is so bloody amazing!
I like this trailer a lot more then the one I saw in the theatre recently. The one I saw there was just a long version of her running around trying to save her mom while the building moves and shifts about. It looked cool but with no context, it absolutely no sense and was a terrible trailer for that reason, lol.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
This looks so much better than the book.... I think this is the first time I've ever said that, and meant it.
ReplyDeleteWhy doesn't Tris have the Dauntless symbol on her left shoulder? I hope she gets it during the movie.
ReplyDeleteaaaaaand the YA movie craze continues
ReplyDeleteOkay, from what people told me her hair was short in the book but did it have to be that short?
ReplyDeleteAlso, this movie looks good, can't wait(:
