    Already, Jessica (the mom) reminds me of Beverly from The Goldbergs. I definitely think they'll milk the culture clash for a while. I'm really looking forward to this.

    Agreed it definitely has that kind of 80's meet 90's fashion vibe and similar kind of humour. It looks funny kind of reminds me of a cross between The Goldbergs and Blackish because it explores racial humour and being not Caucasian in a very white suburban world but it's also a lot about parenting to. I think it would do well on Wednesday during the same nights those two shows air.
