I can't wait! The mother is hilarious "taste the rainbow" Hopefully it succeeds I think if it can hold over a 1.6 demo it should be safe. ABC trying it out on webs day should help it out a lot.
I think so. I have seen a few positive comments on twitter. But at the end of the day, it all depends if the public likes it or not. I really hope it succeeds.
I've heard some things about the time of the airing. So the premiere will be at 8.30 after The Middle, then the second after Modern Family one hour later and then it starts airing on Tuesdays at 8/7c... I saw it on a French site earlier today... Can someone confirm that to me?
I find it very encouraging that they're using the Wednesday block to advertise this show—hopefully it suceeds and its as good as the promos make it out to be. I think getting a 1.0+ will get this show renewed over Last Man Standing with the latter having to deal with expenses and already having enough episodes for syndication, but I'm predicting ratings more along the lines of Goldbergs S1. Also can't wait to see the great Albert Tsai recur—miss seeing that kid perform on my screen.
Hoping they can get a fifth reliable comedy out of this so that ABC is less likely to mess with Wednesday.
Makes sense, and that's what I think it will do myself (the question is how farit falls from the Wednesday tryouts. I just thought it would get the edge over LMS because of expenses.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I can't wait for this show, if the promos make me laugh I can only imagine what the episodes will be like.
ReplyDeleteI have watched the first 3 episode and love Jessica.
ReplyDeleteThere is also a grandmother (not sure if she was featured in any of the promos) who sits a wheel chair and only speaks in Chinese.

ReplyDeleteDoes it take place more in the school or at home? Are the other kids envolved as much as Eddie or are they just side character.
ReplyDeleteThere are very few school scenes.
ReplyDeleteEddie's brother are also featured, but they are given far less focus than Eddie.
Do you think critics will love this show?

Is it more of a heartwarming comedy or a laugh out loud comedy?
ReplyDeleteA little bit of both.
ReplyDeleteIs that the grandma at 0:09?
ReplyDeleteI watched both promo and I don't see her.
ReplyDeleteSo this isn't her? Wonder who she is then.
ReplyDeleteOh yea, that's her. I totally didn't notice her, lol

Yes, we posted that a while ago: http://www.spoilertv.com/2014/12/abc-announces-premiere-date-for-fresh.html
ReplyDeleteDo you think the title will be a turnoff to anyone? Personally I hope not because it looks like the best new comedy of the season

Okay then, lol. I actually missed her at first too and only noticed her when I rewatched the promo after reading your comment.

ReplyDeleteI love Jessica already! I have a feeling she's going to be my favorite character on the show haha.
ReplyDeleteGET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE BOOBIR, always having to point out to everyone that you've "seen all the episodes in advance because you got screeners."
ReplyDeleteYou're a wannabe industry snob at best so no need to gloat about screeners everyone else is getting as well.
P.S. -- Get a nose job you twat.
Yes. That's Grandma :)
ReplyDeleteHappy new year! Thank you for this
ReplyDeleteThank you for this :)!!
