April returns to work and learns there have been major changes at the paper during her absence in "Next April," the Winter premiere of "Chasing Life," airing Monday, January 19 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
After leaving Leo flat-lining at the end of the Christmas episode, April must deal with the outcome of the surgery. Facing her new reality, she must also face her first day back at work after being gone for four months. In remission and determined to move on with her life, her return reveals a new, young and ambitious boss at the paper who is ready to shake things up. But April's attempt to make a good impression may fall short when she botches her first assignment.
Meanwhile with an ideal marrow donor still to be found, Sara realizes it's time to reach out to the "other woman," Natalie's mother. Brenna eagerly anticipates Greer's return to school, but will she get the happy reunion she's been waiting for?

I'm surprised she'll be back at work in the next episode. I wonder if that means there will be flashbacks or will we just hear them say what happened between the 2 episodes?
ReplyDeleteI really want to know what happens to Leo.
So watching the Christmas episode is important? I thought it was going to be a flashback episode just like The Fosters or something... I guess I'm gonna have to catch up.
ReplyDeleteNope. It's about April's hospital stay and her grandparents visiting, etc. There are important parts.
ReplyDeleteYup, you should definitely watch it, it's not really a Christmas episode, it takes place in May. Brenna just has the idea to bring a little Christmas to April to cheer her up since it's April's favourite holiday.
ReplyDeleteIts a great episode you should watch it just for that lol.
