Now EW can exclusively reveal that the ABC series will connect to the highly anticipated Avengers sequel. “You should expect something,” executive producer Jed Whedon says. “The Avengers is the big tent that all the franchises play under. Obviously, we’re included in that.”
While it’s unclear how the series will tie in to Marvel’s big blockbuster, this probably won’t be as big a crossover as the Winter Soldier once. “I don’t think any movie has the potential to impact us in the way that Captain America 2 did,” executive producer Maurissa Tancharoen says, “but there will be connections.”

Figured it was coming and I'm excited. Plus, I'm still pretty sure BJ's in the movie since he was spotted on set and when asked, said he couldn't talk about it instead of denying.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhhh (screams internally!!) The wait for the finale is already got me hyped up and now this!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been screaming internally since yesterday and I need tonight's episode in my life.
ReplyDeleteAgreed these 12 hours are going to be the longest ever the reviews are so damn good and I'm so jealous of those guys!!
ReplyDeleteI forget when age of ultron comes out...sometime next year I know. :p
ReplyDeleteMay 1st (in the US, at least. Not sure about everywhere else).
ReplyDeleteThanks Klutzy
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome!
ReplyDeleteCan I dream about Agent 13 (Emily VanCamp) being introduced in SHIELD after the AoU events? Assuming Revenge is going to end and all that... :P
ReplyDeleteMakes total sense because at the beginning of the movie the Avengers are dealing with Hydra, so even if Ultron doesn't mess with our Agents, Hydra being dealt with will.
ReplyDeleteLike they will miss the new avengers. From the moment they created the series every movie that they made had been included.
ReplyDeleteDuuuuh.
ReplyDeleteAWESOMESAUCE WHOOO!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha i so mentioned this early this yr that they will tie in with Avengers 2 lol. Seriously everyone should know this by now but its good to get a confirmation.
ReplyDeleteI think we will get a tie in episode in the end on 4/28/15 and then the fallout 5/5/15
ReplyDeleteYou meet with BJ? Cool.
ReplyDeleteHere on Brazil will be April 30th
ReplyDeleteIf AOS get renewed for 3rd season you can bet your ass the 3rd season finale will tie in with Captain America: The Civil War movie which i guess the episode on 5/3/2016 would be the tie-in and 5/10/16 would be the fallout episode. You all heard from me on here and come 2016 the exact story with different info will be posted lol.
ReplyDeleteAnt-Man basically premieres months after the finale of AOS and the final movie of Phase 2 in the MCU.
Yes please! I think she would be awesome in this show. Plus, the fact that her aunt is (spoilers?) Peggy Carter could bring the two shows (AoS and AC) even closer.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I wish Cobie Smulders became a regular or had a bigger recurring role. I would love to see more of Maria Hill!
yay! My prays granted for once :)
ReplyDeleteIt's not looking good at the moment...
ReplyDeleteWE WERE SO YOUNG AND NAIVE.
ReplyDeleteStill not giving up hope, though.
