    I think it'll be revealed he and Coulson have been working together to take down Hydra/Whitehall and there might be some forgiveness/working their way towards it but he'll at least be with the team again.

    Ward knew the frequency. That's how they found the tracker.

    I am extremely optimistic even though I know we're going to be emotionally destroyed in a few hours.

    Also, I'm at the point where I need to be proven right because I'm in a spiteful mood (got called "delusional" today for my theory that Ward didn't kill his family because it happened off-screen and we didn't see any bodies).

    Ward explained that it was an old SHIELD frequency and that it was a good thing he was a history buff when he got on the plane. I missed Agent 33 knowing that? When was that?

    Raina told Agent 33 there IS a tracker, that's all. After they got on the plane, Ward alluded to the fact that - having been SHIELD - he knew what the tracker's frequency was and that's how they found them. Hydra couldn't have done that without Ward.

    But, maybe he took the risk and thought they could handle themselves, like they did... oh I know, I'm such an optimist. And I agree, he did put them in danger, but what I meant to say in the first place, he didn't lie to them, but to them, it looked like he did.
