  2. The Koenigs are so LMDs. And Skye does an awesome job kicking ass. It's my headcanon that one day she will take over as director (with Trip or Bobbi as deputy director - haven't decided that part yet).

Yeah, Skye did a good job going from a computer hacker to a ninja overnight, but WHY ISN'T ANYONE WONDERING WHY THE HECK RAINA IS THERE? Lol. Looking forward to this episode!

To be fair, I'm pretty sure that's not the REAL Agent May. :P

  16. of course it's not May, that's why i wrote Agent 33 ;)

  17. I don't think that's Agent 33, IMO she is dead and they are just using those stuff/info that they got from May's blood sample to do duplicates, it's like they got her in the system so they can duplicate all they can :P

What I meant was that Agent 33 fought the REAL Agent May, whereas Skye is fighting a fake Agent May. Agent 33 did well for fighting the real deal!

  19. Overnight? She was a hacker when the show started almost a year and a half ago. Now, we dunno when the show actually takes place, or how long time passes from one episode to the next, but it's a relatively safe bet that it's been about 6-7 months since SHIELD collapsed (Captain America: The Winter Soldier).

True. I find it a tad cliché that she's now almost as proficient at fighting as Agent May. I guess the writers must think she's more interesting and cooler this way. Anyway.

  21. I think Agent 33 got stuck as May, tbh. Someone help her.

  22. Kick her *ss, Skye! God, everyone just got so much better this season. BAMF!Skye beats LaidBackVanLiving!Skye any day of the week, Fitz's brain damage story has been so compelling, Simmons got a great arc with her undercover work that utilizes that strength we saw back in "FZZT"., and Crazy!Ward is the best, most interesting Ward. I could not be happier with this season. There has just been so much improvement across the board.

  23. This season continues to deliver in terms of the fight scenes. Although, considering that May was barely able to take down Agent 33, Skye's ability to go toe-to-to with her is a little hard to buy.

BTW, did anyone else notice that Marvel hasn't uploaded the first sneak peek from the episode to their YouTube channel? They shouldn't be slacking on promotion, given the state of the ratings.

  24. Some TV shows,

  25. It's Baby Skye's first big fight and May isn't there to see it! Sniff.

  26. Ok, so now I know why Chloe needs a stunt double this ep (she'll be kicking major ass), Adrianne Palicki is also a given: she's Mockingbird (feel like saying 'Mockinjay' every time) who ALWAYS kicks ass, now why in the world would Elizabeth need a stunt double (always have an urge to say stunt devil...)? What is she gonna do? Last episode she had a stunt double was 2x03, probably cause of that scene where Simmons jumped off the roof. What crazy thing is she gonna do now? Badass Simmons?! Hmm...

  27. damn Skye has gotten so badass this season, awesome, i hope she kicks 33's ass nine ways to Sunday, it's cool to see Koenig again and crap raina's back

  28. The press release for the episode indicates that Skye and May go after Raina in an attempt to get to her before Whitehall does. It seems that Raina, given her ability to touch the Diviner, is the key to activating it in the temple.

  29. Yeah, I find that pretty difficult to buy, TBH. I mean, granted, fighting isn't like mathematics - sometimes A beats B who beat C, but C beats A. Factors like fighting conditions and sheer dumb luck play into it. Still - May, the SHIELD legend known as The Cavalry with presumably 25-30 years of training under her belt, was barely able to take down Agent 33. How is Skye, who's been trained for about a year and a half (and probably not as intensely as May because she's not primarily a field agent, especially not last season), able to hold her own in a fight with Agent 33?

I guess I can fanwank that May wasn't in top form in the 2x04 fight because she'd recently been knocked out and tortured, so she had more trouble with Agent 33 than she otherwise would have.

  30. If that's really Agent 33 in there then WOW Skye - pretty impressive moves (go May!) :D and yeah, if she's stuck as May (which is very possible, now that I think about it) she'll really need some help...

    ReplyDelete
  31. Plus, she's still brainwashed because of Hydra so that's not good.

And I'm pretty sure Skye will end up losing this fight based on the promo and promo pictures.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I know! :( I desperately need to know where the hell she is. Probably tied up somewhere lol.

    ReplyDelete
  33. yeah, and this 'I don't need your help' piece...dunno if it's possible, but maybe they'll be able to turn her around.

    ReplyDelete
  34. What we don't know is that that's the REAL agent May and that Skye is a fake ;b Hahaha, I'm joking, but if I end up being right, no matter how serious the moment will be in the episode I will laugh really, really hard.

  35. I love seeing Skye fight. She's come a long way. I'm guessing Hydra are after Raina because Skye's dad told Whitehall she can touch the Obelisk. Although, I think it's actually Skye they will need. Nice to see Koenig again.

  36. Skye is so badass this season, I'm loving it! Can't wait for this episode, looks a great one!!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. yeah but honestly to me she's just pissed at both HYDRA and SHIELD but i don't know maybe she IS still brainwashed

  38. Nice seeing Skye fight!

  39. Damn, that was awesome. So excited for this episode!

  40. It's my headcanon that she becomes Director of SWORD, if that ever comes around.

    ReplyDelete
  41. As long as she's director of something, I'll be happy!

    ReplyDelete
  42. totally agree!
