i have not seen latest 2 episodes yet, but in the last one i saw, they introduced her ... is she officially coming back? It will be interesting to see new Mikaelson girl after Rebekah :)
Out of these : Alona Tal ... she was amazing in Supernatural
just not Aimee Teegarden and especially Peyton List. She was the worst female lead character ever in TTP
Everyone who has seen these past 2 episodes clearly got a hint that she will the big villain of the second half of this season.It's just a matter of when,not if.
They haven't officially confirmed if she is returning but the general assumption is they're laying the groundwork for it. Plus they're building up parallels between her life and Hope's.
That was Esther's sister Dahlia. Freya was/is the oldest Mikaelson sibling who was taken by away from her family at 5 years of age or so to as the show tells it be sacrificed ... so unless she escaped and lived alone and on the run since 5 years old I'm a bit scared she may have died and will return as a ghost/spirit to help her brothers save Hope.
Let's not forget that the oldest Finn is suppose to be around 28 and Rebekah 18.
The great thing about Freya I think is since we don't know anything about her really she could have died at seven years old after being sacrificed by Dahlia and was put into a new seven year old girls body like Kol, Finn, and Esther when the other side vanished so any age actress over 5/7 years old is game for this role I'd say.
Without knowing anything about Freya, like what age she's supposed to look, whether it's a new body (is resemblance to Klaus a factor), and what she's like personality wise, it's rather difficult to pick from any actress, never mind the ones you mentioned. That being said, I'll vote for Eliza Taylor and Marie Avgeropolous. They're both brilliant in The 100, and I'd love to see them (and the rest of the cast) in other roles. Plus with The 100 having shorter seasons, I assume it would be easy for them to join The Originals in the latter half of the season, which is when Freya should/will show up.
The good thing about The Originals is that age and race do not matter when it comes to casting, because body swapping makes it easy to explain it away. So if they want an Asian actress to portray Freya, they could have that. If they want Freya to be a little bit older, they could do that. If they want her to be a teenager, they can also do that. So I don't particularly care who they cast. As long as the actress does a great job (and it'll be easier because we know next to nothing about Freya, besides her getting a sex change courtesy of the show), then I'll be just fine with whoever they cast. Look at Yusuf, who plays Finn. Despite him being African American, he is doing a much better job at playing Finn than Casper, even though we barely knew Finn. And now he's a series regular.
So I think anyone could portray Freya. I just want the actress to be good at it.
Am I the only who thinks that since TO mythology is big on witches possessing people she might be portrayed by someone who's already in the original cast? My money is on Leah Pipes because Esther set Cami up to be a vessel for Rebekah but I don't think it'll happen after all. I actually think this plan wil eventually backfire and that something will go wrong. Just a (crazy) thought and I might be totally wrong. On another note, I picked Britt Robertson for no other reason that I miss the Secret Circle badly and I wouldn't mind her sharing scenes with Phoebe Tonkin again!
Daniel Gillies is also starring in Saving Hope, a Canadian show like Bitten is so it wouldn't be unheard of....not that I feel like she would pass for the eldest Mikaelson sibling (even though I like her), I'm just saying. Also, contracted actors make guest appearances on other shows all the time.
It seems inevitable that we will see her on screen -- either in flashbacks or (the more likely, in my opinion) that she is somehow still alive and was never killed by Dahlia, but rather had other plans for her. And with Hope still alive, I think the more obvious is that Dahlia is also coming and will be the next big bad to battle.
The only casting choice I will accept for Freya and Dahlia is someone completely unknown.
Sarah Michelle Gellar would be a good choice, but personally I choice none of this actress, I think someone more compelling like Anna Torv or maybe someone older like Michelle Fairley or Kelly Macdonald (Boardwalk Empire).
To be fair we don't really know what Dhalia wanted her for. Esther was to sacrifice giving her first born up, and I guess she simply assumed she was killed... but what Dhalia did with the girl we don't really know. So anything possible really.

It should be someone older.Alona tal is not a bad choice but she's a bit young for this role.

Caity Lotz! But I thought Dalia killed her. So hopefully she just stays dead
