    I don't like Finn being "so easily seduced", I know that attraction is one thing and love is another but it kinda cheaps his realtionship with Sage. I am surprised he didn't ask mummy dearest to resurrect Sage, too. Maybe Esther didn't think she was enough for her favorite son?

    Caroline is a judgy queen , of course she call him out , that's all she do , call people out without try to understand them , she have No empathy for people , the girl live in a bubble where everyone have to behave well....... expect for her of course !!!! By away , cami never support Klaus in his crap , she tell him the truth and let him decide all by himself that's why she has a influece on him and caroline never had....

    True but actually cami told him not to kill mikeal BUT it's Klaus and ONLY klaus who choosed to listen to her. And for give mikael a therapy , well , he needed it , cause in some way , it allowed him to let out all his hatred's reason. So it's good. :-)

    I'm with you, Cami is nothing like Caroline. Just cause they are both blond's don't make them similar in any way.



    Cami, if the writers start to write her properly, has the capacity to be the best character on the show. Right now, I am totally not a fan of the character, because of the way that the writers have chosen to basically strip all of the great things about her, that we were beginning to see in the first season.



    So yeah, until the writers get a grip, and stop trying to pimp her out to every male Original family member....I will not be a fan. This is a character that has the capacity to have great depth. The writers have chosen to take a strong female and have her trade on sex as a weapon, when she has soo much more to offer the story.

    You are right, it is a tired storyline. I wish this show could find better avenues for the female characters, rather then to always have them use sex, as their only avenue or weapon. It is tiresome and really insulting to women.

    You know I just adore you @bobseh! But, I will say...that the way that the writers write the female characters on this show, I am willing to bet that they are going to make Davina and Kol an item (after all, who else is there for her to fall for) and they will make Finn fall for Cami, which will be to his detriment (Adam and Eve and the fall classic storyline). Meanwhile, all the while Cami and Klaus will get together....

    The writers for this show are lazy. We know this. Anyone can guess these storylines for these two females. The writers for some reason don't respect the female characters on the show, and can't possibly imagine them doing other things then trading on their sexual allure to men.

    How would you say the fans are a problem?

    If the show listened to their fans, and I am sure that they to pay attention to boards, then they would be more imaginative with their storylines and really beef up the character tropes of the female characters on the show. Let's see....maybe devote some backstory attention to Davina....where are this teenagers parents for instance?

    Maybe yeah, I think Davina and Kol is likely and I'm looking forward to seeing how that plays out, but we can't really jump the gun. I think it would be clever for the showrunners to have Finn play along but in the end he's been double-bluffing her the whole time. I just keep thinking that Narducci said Esther and Finn's plan is so amazing and unexpected that we won't see it coming at all. So I don't think it's all as clear as it's made out to be. Let's not forget that Yusuf is also an AWESOME actor.


    I'm not denying the possibility that he will fall for her, but let's not condemn him love weak and head over heels just yet.

    Ok, for starters not counting out the possibility that true innovation will happen and Narducci and company, will get their act together and deliver something amazing. However, the show's track record has not been stellar. Let's face it. My issue, is how they have destroyed Cami and other female characters on the show. Mostly Cami tho.....


    I of course, always remain hopeful and allow the story to unfold....why else would I watch week after week. However, I watch a hell of a lot of TV (sooo disturbing really)...thank goodness for red wine, that being said.....the show has not really delivered anything super original.....no pun intended.

    I still maintain the issues do not reside with the fans. The issues reside with the writers of the show. No amount of twittering will compensate for the lack of proper character development for the female characters. Its disgraceful, and heads should roll.

    Cami as a character is a perfect example. Here we have a potentially strong minded female that does not take any guff....talks a really good game....has a master's degree, so well educated...knows things, if you catch me....but then illogically falls for THE most damaged guy out there....HUH....makes no sense. She further fufills her smartness by then sleeping with his adoptive son, for what reason....none has ever been given....Cami then emboils herself in a family war, and they only arsenal she brings to the table is her vagina....come on....anyone can see that this is disgustingly wrong....

    This is not about Cami....this is about the writers and their lack of scope....Cami has some of the best tools at her disposal...but seemingly can't find her way out of a paper bag....this makes no sense.

    I agree, the writers need to improve a lot. The females are an issue. I was talking to my sister a few days ago about not enjoying particularly any of the women we have on either show, but I do like a few of them just for their potential rather than what the writers have given them. But still, for me at least, the fans make the show a lot less enjoyable. The lot on STV are nice and sane but reading anything that comes out of Twitter or Tumblr makes me want to gouge out my eyes.

    Hah, I totally agree. I'm also sad to see Cami not being what she can be. Leah Pipes is a sweetheart. But I'm just hopeful. Narducci has promised a lot in terms of Esther/Finn/Cami so I guess I'm just trying to be optimistic. I refuse to believe Finn would fall so easily but it's hard to tell. If they pull out the double-bluff then I'll probably give the showrunners my firstborn. None for Dahlia.

    Dahlia can have all the firstborns if she turns out to be the awesome villain I expect her to be. Her set up is top notch, imo. Best set up for a new character in this show yet, by miles and miles.

    Cami really care about klaus. I mean in the begenning of the season she said that she didn't want to be involve into the supernatural world anymore but now she's ready to be in the game and help , and that, it's because of klaus ! She's ready to put herself in danger , play with fire because she want to help him ,be involve in his problem and support him like she can.... She feel concerned and truly care about him for make that kind of things.
