    I hate what this show is doing to Cary....seriously, he is being convicted on being INNOCENT! This is crazy, I hope they rectify this situation....like ASAP! What kind of legal system is this, that convicts innocent people because of re-election tactics and a need to be vengeful towards someone who does their job in representing people....? This whole storyline is depressing.

    I also don't want Alisha to be State's Attorney....her winning would mean that we don't get to see the great courtroom battles.....ugh.

    The current one? Many innocent people end up convicted and often just because they can't afford a good lawyer. The system is not perfect at all and maybe that's also the point of that storyline. I want Cary out of that mess but I think they're doing a good job showing that once you're wrongly caught on the system nobody gives a damn about you being innocent. In Cary's case is even worse, because SA and FBI are also trying to use him to get Bishop. They have absolutely no interest in his innocence or life as soon as they get Bishop. In their book he's just a pawn.

    Of course I know about the legal system....it was a rhetorical question...railing against the internet gods....

    Agreed on the pawn angle....it is just soooo sad.....
