I have been hearing this quote in various misquoted ways most of my life. So I googled it to make sure I had it correct. I also googled Tacitus...he was a Roman historian. Here's the complete quote:
He that fights and runs away, May turn and fight another day; But he that is in battle slain, Will never rise to fight again.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
"He that fights and runs away, may turn and fight another day..."
ReplyDeleteStart working at home with Google! It’s by-far the best job I’ve had. Last Thursday I got a brand new BMW since getting a check for $6474 this - 4 weeks past. I began this 8-months ago and immediately was bringing home at least $77 per hour. I work through this link, go? to tech tab for work detail,,,,,,,
