Gibson (Gillian Anderson) reports to Burns (John Lynch) that their confrontation in her hotel room may have been witnessed by Paul Spector (Jamie Dornan).
Gibson is further shocked to discover that Spector has been paying visits to one of his surviving victims in hospital. Seizing on the opportunity, Gibson finally locates Spector and puts him under surveillance.
When a body matching the missing Rose Stagg (Valene Kane) is discovered, Gibson’s success is short lived as she is forced to face her worst fears.

Gillian Anderson has hinted that there's a season 3 on the cards, I have a feeling that this is going to get very tense if she's onto Spector by this point but still doesn't manage to catch him by the end of the season!
ReplyDeleteDEAR LORD THIS SHOW IS FANTASTIC!!!, SPECTOR IS WORKING WITH HIS OWN VICTIMS!!, I can't believe it!!, I feel like there's a little mistake there, because they've got his handwriting in the letter he sent to one of his victim's father, and in his reports but I don't know, yet what happens there so we'll see!!,
ReplyDeleteYeah the thing is that the only "real" and substantial proof they could have against Spector is the letter he sent, not even the testimony of that ex girlfriend could really incriminate him, maybe if the babysitter says something about the hair... if he arguments that he lost it too could be very suspicious but still, nothing 100% incriminating, so catch him won't be easy.
ReplyDeleteHmm, there is something, well a few things that could get him into a lot of trouble apart from Rose his ex who knows him as Peter. One is the victim who he didn't manage to kill and who saw his face, he other pieces of evidence are something I can't really explain without spoilering the first episode, lol. Things are starting to get a bit tense for him though.
ReplyDeleteBut she's looking at him, he's her therapist and she didn't recognize him!!... ;P, I already watched the first episode, and still the clues they found are not contundent... he was wearing plastic gloves...
