Convinced that Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood) and Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman) would be powerful allies in his fight to take down Esther, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) sets a plan in motion to turn his brothers against their mother. Meanwhile, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) is conflicted when she and Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) stumble upon an ancient ritual that would get their werewolf packs out from under Esther’s control, but would require her to make a tremendous sacrifice. Elsewhere, Rebekah is concerned when she notices something is off with Elijah (Daniel Gillies). Finally, Davina (Danielle Campbell) takes matters into her own hands by turning to dark magic, and Cami (Leah Pipes) finds herself at the center of Esther’s dangerous plan. Charles Michael Davis also stars. Michael Allowitz directed the episode written by Charlie Charbonneau & Michelle Paradise (#208). Original airdate 11/24/2014.

TAKING RISKS — Jane (Gina Rodriguez) decides the best thing for her is to stay away from Rafael (Justin Baldoni), but when her friends insist on taking her to the hot new club that he owns, she finds it hard to avoid him. Elsewhere, Xo (Andrea Navedo) and Rogelio (Jaime Camil) each have dinner plans, so Rogelio suggests they have a double date, but the evening doesn’t work out as planned. Meanwhile, Petra (Yael Grobglas) is once again scheming to make Rafael’s life more difficult. Brett Dier and Ivonne Coll also star. Janice Cooke directed the episode written by David S. THE FLASH GETS A VISIT FROM DC CHARACTERS FAROOQ AND THE CLOCK KING — The Flash (Barry Allen) goes up against Farooq aka Blackout (guest star Michael Reventar), a metahuman who can harness electricity. During their battle, Farooq zaps The Flash and siphons all his electricity, leaving The Flash without his speed. Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) work to reverse the effects on Barry, but their efforts are disrupted when Farooq comes banging on S.T.A.R. Labs doors in search of Wells, who he blames for his accident. Without Barry’s powers to protect them, the group must figure out a way to save themselves from the metahuman. Meanwhile, Tockman (guest star Robert Knepper) manages a coup inside the Central City police department and takes several people hostage, including Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Iris (Candice Patton). 1. Sigh at Arrow and The 100 taking a week off.

  2. Yes Rebekah is back !

  3. I'm with you on that one. Especially for The 100: I feel like this season is so, so great already.

  4. The Originals sound good! Can't wait to see Rebekah again.
    Is this the Thanksgiving week?

  5. Sounds interesting, Too bad TO takes break just before fall finale.

  6. I wonder what "trick up his sleeve" Eddie has on The Flash. Is he already a speedster and has been hiding it, or is it something else? And should be interesting to see Barry without his powers.

  7. Are they really making the 100 take a week of so soon and then airing it so close to Christmas? I thought these were just the monday and tuesday shows, no?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Elijah still behaving strangely.....

now I really worried what Esther did to him

    ReplyDelete
  9. Not sure why The 100 is taking a break but I guess Arrow is because the crossover episode needs to happen on the same week.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Davina turns to dark magic? Oh, no, she shouldn't do that, that's what got Bonnie killed.

damn no arrow.......but I assume it will be the crossover episode

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yep, I know that's why Arrow is taking a break, I'm just sad that it is.
I think The 100 is taking a week off because they don't want to air it sans Arrow so early in the season.

  13. I hate hiatuses the long ones and the short ones :(
How did Tockman go to CC isn't he in jail? And wasn't he dying months ago?

Rebekah and the baby are back, yay.

  14. Only Mondays and Tuesdays are new that week. TVD and reign are taking a week off too, apparently.

  15. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Arrow!

    ReplyDelete
  16. The SPN one sounds like a soap opera.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Yes. It is Thursday.
I think we will be getting a break free first half of the season on The Originals as they end on Dec 8th ( MSF ) and it's doubtful they'll take a break ( Dec 1st ) one week before the finale on Dec 8th.

  18. It's the night before Thanksgiving. Many people are traveling and TV viewing is usually low that night. Better to hold off until next week and not thoroughly screw the ratings. Plus, The Flash missed an episode this week, so they needed to have Arrow miss an episode so the crossover would line up.

  19. This shows how many international visitors are on this site, it is Thanksgiving week, most shows take a break ... and it has been like this in the US forever as it is the most celebrated holiday! Always the last Thursday in November for those who are wondering...

    ReplyDelete
  20. Yep. A lot of people use Wednesday as a travel day so Wed. night they're visiting people and not at home in front of their own TV. Then they assume a lot of people will be staying for the weekend so they don't normally air much new stuff on Friday either.

    ReplyDelete
  21. It was expression that killed Bonnie (and Prof. Shane's wife) - not just random dark magic.

Only Monday & Tuesday have new episodes that week because Wednesday-Sunday is assumed that most people will be out of town or will have relatives over for Thanksgiving.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Flash seems interesting. Every character will have a lot to do on that episode!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Yeah it's strange they are going through with the Originals. Maybe they plan to end them early and squeez in some new show. The CW has a lot on their plate for winter/spring

    ReplyDelete
  24. Oh man, I'm happy Cas and Hannah are back, but damn, it means it's possible she will die in that episode (becouse we all know she will).Sniff!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Excited for clock king in The Flash.

    Rebekah!!! Enough said.

    No Arrow, The 100!!! :(

    ReplyDelete
  26. Is Rowena the red-headed woman we saw sitting in a chair, reading a magazine, at the end of the premiere?(I think it was the premiere)

    ReplyDelete
  27. RE: Tockman in the comic books the character joins learns that he was misdiagnoised and later on joins the Suicide Squad

    ReplyDelete
  28. It's Thanksgiving week so a ton of people will be traveling and with family.

    ReplyDelete
  29. It's Thanksgiving week.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Well that explains it, thank you very much

    ReplyDelete
  31. It makes sense for Arrow to take the week off as Arrow and The Flash need to be even when it comes to their eighth episodes since it's a crossover event.

The 100…I have no idea what it's taking the week off.

    ReplyDelete
  32. But they've already announced that ninth episode will be Christmas episode/midseason finale and later it was revealed that it will air on 8th December so there have to be a break on 1st December.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Yes that was her

    ReplyDelete
  34. The Sam and Dean and Rowena part of the episode sounds interesting, hopefully the writing doesnt let it down.

The Cas and Hannah stuff sounds like a love triangle to me? To think they'll be following that up a few episodes later with the return of Jimmy's teenage daughter too. WOW thats compelling stuff right there!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. awesome rebekah returns but damn it what the hell is wrong with elijah i thought he would be okay after two weeks from now, the Clock King's really coming into the flash and barry's powers are disrupted crap, so rowena's witch huh i thought she was demon, i honestly could see kol joining klaus but definitely not finn he's too much of a momma's boy, davina never delve into dark magic it never ends well and cami better be okay and should we consider eijah a danger to the heroes on the show

    ReplyDelete
  36. They don't want to hurt The 100's ratings by airing it during Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is the reason Wednesday and Thursday shows are taking a week off.

No Arrow, no TVD, no Reign and no The 100... This week is going to be hard...

    ReplyDelete
  38. The Originals - I really wish The Originals wouldn't refer to Kaleb and Vincent as Klaus' brothers because they're not. They're the people whose bodies have been hijacked by Kol and Finn. Other than that nitpick, the synopsis seems mildly interesting. It may end up being more interesting if they actually make any headway in getting rid of Esther.
Jane the Virgin - Episode seven and Jane is still trying to stay away from Rafael? She was trying to do that in episode 4. That is an unfortunate lack of progress. I'd like to see more story movement than that.
The Flash - Besides Tockman, this episode seems a bit dull. I hope I'm wrong.
Supernatural - Seems like mostly filler. The Cas stuff might be interesting though, with a strong emphasis on "might."

    ReplyDelete
  39. What did Esther do to my Elijah. I thought Klaus was going to find a antodote. She must have put a spell on him. I knew that he was going thru stuff but this is to much Don't mind dark but not to dark. And how did Esther find out about Esther and Hope. And what is Haley's decision. I wonder what Esther wants with Cami. Not to much of a Jackson fan because I am a Elijah and Haley fan

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yes, Rowena was at the very end of 10.03.

    ReplyDelete
  41. actually the Rowen/Sam/Dean part seems more like myth arc related and the Cas stuff is filler in the form of a soapy love story. Sad part is the Cas/Hannah stuff is probably going to ruin the the rest of what could be a good episode.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Ah I didn't realize it. Then they are totally justified and I stand corrected!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I didn't realize which week it was. They are right then, I stand corrected!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Rebekah !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. The track record of the current season indicates the complete opposite so I'll be sticking with my analysis of the synopsis.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Yes, Wednesday The CW is re-airing the "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" (or something like that movie). Friday The CW is airing Christmas animated specials

  47. Ambar Moreno Candelas9 November 2014 at 15:46

Yeah Supernatural!!! Rowena looks interesting, she reminds me of Abaddon. But I do not care anything about Castiel and the story of angels, I hope that this storyline becomes more interesting. I can't wait to see more scenes between Dean and Sam :)

    ReplyDelete
  48. I wonder if Esther succeeded with Elijah by then.

    ReplyDelete
  49. What about the messengers? It's such a good show, it would be a shame to have another good show ripped off the air. SMH!

    ReplyDelete
  50. This article is 6 months old, so not sure why you're posting a comment here :)

    ReplyDelete
  51. I didn't know that. I started watching "The messengrs" on Hulu Plus and being that it's such a good show and I really enjoy watching it, I was doing some research online because I wanted to know if there was another season that was coming up But unfortunately I found my answer. The messengers was cancelled.
