what the hell is wrong with drew using his own son to further his career just get the hell out of here and it sounds like cabe talked about walter a lot when he was a kid and cabe was married with his wife
for real? damn he never should've come back, ralph was finally able to interact with people like him who don't judge or use him and now he'll be hurt that he may revert
I knew they'd make Drew a douchebag, but kinda wish it wasn't so cliche. I wonder if Drew leaves again Ralph will blame Paige, even though I know it was Happy who persuaded her to let him back in Ralph's life. I don't think that's the wrong decision - just sets things up for future drama. I can also see paige deciding to go to portland so Ralph can have a family in a future dramatic episode, where at the last min she changes her mind cos she realises the best family would be with Walter, lol!
I'm okay with Drew being part of Ralph's life, but there needs to be clear communication, unlike the last time when he just vanished. I don't know what the minor league season is like, but if Drew made it through try-outs and earned a spot on the team, he could tell Ralph: "I'll be with the team from March to October. When the season's over, I'll come see you." I don't think that would cause Ralph lasting harm/damage. As long as Drew shows up when he promised, I don't see it as being a problem.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
If he goes, I don't think Paige will go with him. I hope.
ReplyDeleteWow, Ralph's dad is a ass.

ReplyDeleteThere's the Brendan Hines character I knew would show up eventually. I swear, every character he plays ends up being a massive D-bag.

ReplyDeleteI love how Walter is very protective over Paige and Ralph. Proves that it is he that Ralph needs. Not Drew.
