Ratings Breakdown:
ABC ruled in the Monday overnights as usual, besting No. 2 NBC by 23 percent last night. But the home of “The Voice” will, no doubt, win the evening in adults 18-49 (and all the key young adult demographics).
In series-premiere news, NBC drama “State of Affairs,” headlined by Katherine Heigl, was sampled at a second-place 6.0 rating/10 share in the household overnights at 10 p.m. While that did trail competing “Castle” on ABC (#1: 6.4/10) by six percent, it is a lock for dominance demographically. And the overnight retention for “State of Affairs” out of the 9:30 p.m. portion of lead-in “The Voice” (7.1/11) was solid at 85 percent. “State of Affairs,” in addition, only trailed the week-ago fall season-finale of former time period occupant “The Blacklist” (6.3/10 on Nov. 10) by three-tenths of a rating point (or five percent). And that 6.3 in the overnights for “The Blacklist” translated into 9.75 million viewers and a 2.5 rating/8 share among adults 18-49, based on the Live Plus Same Day data. So, the arrival of “State of Affairs” did – as expected — benefit out of “The Voice.” But, all things considered, this is not what you would call a stellar start.
Comparably, “State of Affairs” opened 25 percent below the series-debut of “The Blacklist” in this hour on 9/23/13 (8.0/13 out of a 9.2/14 for “The Voice”) and 23 percent below the sophomore season premiere of “The Blacklist” on 9/22/14 (7.8/13 out of an 8.5/13 for “The Voice”). And it only beat competing “NCIS: Los Angeles” on CBS (#3: 5.7/ 9) by five percent in the overnights. Given the mountain of promotion, consider this a respectable (albeit non-spectacular) start for “State of Affairs” in the overnights. Now, let’s wait and see what the demos look like.
“The Voice,” meanwhile, scored a consistent 7.4/11 in the overnights from 8-10 p.m., peaking at a 7.6/11 in the 8:30 p.m. half-hour. And it should have no trouble dominating the evening in all the key demos.
In series-finale news, sitcom “The Millers” on CBS earned its cancellation stripes with a fourth-place 4.0/ 6 at 8:30 p.m., which was 25 percent below lead-in “2 Broke Girls” (#2: 5.3/ 8 at 8 p.m.). One year earlier, “2 Broke Girls” also scored a 5.3/ 8 in the time period. Effective on the Eye net on Dec. 8 will be the return of “Mike & Molly” as the replacement for “The Millers” (following a marathon of four repeat episodes of “Mike & Molly” on Dec. 1).
Also on CBS was freshman drama “Scorpion” at a 6.8/10 (#3) from 9-10 p.m., which built from “The Millers” by 70 percent in the overnights and outdelivered the year-ago combination of “Mike & Molly” (5.4/ 8 on 11/18/13) and “Mom” (4.5/ 7) by an average of 37 percent.
Leading into aforementioned “Castle” on ABC, meanwhile, was “Dancing With the Stars” at a dominant 9.5/14 from 8-10 p.m., which was just percent below the 9.9/15 on the year-ago evening.
Elsewhere, “Gotham” (#3t: 4.6/ 7) and “Sleepy Hollow” (#4: 3.0/ 4) on Fox; and “The Originals” (#5: 1.1/ 2) and “Jane the Virgin” (#5: 0.9/ 1) on The CW were at typical overnight levels. “Gotham” remains solid demographically; “Sleepy Hollow” dipped by 35 percent year to year; and both “The Originals” and “Jane the Virgin” are stronger options than year-ago entries “Hart of Dixie” and “Beauty and the Beast.” But quirky “Jane the Virgin” is so much more worthy that a 0.9 rating in the overnighgts.

Pretty decent overnights for State of Affairs. I want to see the half hours before determining if it will be a dud or not.
ReplyDeleteSoft start gor SoAf, but time will tell hiw it does from now on.
ReplyDeleteThe Millers performance is embarrasing as usual. CBS made the right call cancelling it
Mmm. In top 25 markets 18-49 The Originals stayed the same but Jane improved by .1.
ReplyDeleteHopefully The Originals and Jane don't drop when the proper numbers come out.
Alright for State Of Affairs. I hope those CW numbers stick and looks like Gotham did pretty well also. The Millers fell down hard after being cancelled but at least it didn't affect 2BG. Scorpion doing good so far as well. Looks like everybody has their own audiece on Mondays.
ReplyDelete2.2 is okish but this is only TOP 25 - so we are prob looking at 2.0 solid?
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't NBC just wait for the next spring cycle of TV to ;launch it?
So I'm assuming these will be close to the real numbers except for Dancing, Gotham, maybe Jane, and maybe Sleepy?
ReplyDeleteThat looks bad so far for SOA. Not surprised.
ReplyDeleteAnd that 2.2 is what people get for thinking that State of Affairs would do anywhere near the same as The Blacklist.
ReplyDeleteFrom the top 25, looks like Castle rose, which is great, especially against the premiere of State of Affairs. Hopefully its not inflated.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, Gotham is huge. Wow.
ReplyDeleteIt likely is.
ReplyDeleteinflated in 2 markets
ReplyDeleteHow big are the markets?
ReplyDeleteHmm. Soft start for SofA and it's only going to go down from here.
ReplyDeleteWhich markets?
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who is surprised that FOX hasn't renewed Gotham yet or Sleepy Hollow for that matter? Harvey Dent may be the reason for the possible rise this week.
ReplyDeleteCan't see the analysis post today for some reason.
Nashville & Pittsburgh.
ReplyDeleteNashville and Pittsburgh
ReplyDeletei wouldnt say huge, since it got the same top 25 rating last week. And it translated to a 2.2
ReplyDeleteNashville is pretty big.
ReplyDeleteSOA might already be cancelled by the time The Blacklist is supposed to return..
ReplyDeleteI hope The Originals did okay this week too.
Castle only got a 1.8 and thats with inflation
ReplyDeleteSofA is lower than Blacklist's last week's overnights.
ReplyDeleteWas anyone expecting State of Affairs to perform as well as The Blacklist? Honestly?
ReplyDeletePoor Castle. Wonder what caused the decline.
ReplyDeletesome people were I thought at least 2.7 given the promotional push
ReplyDeleteWell, no, but I thought the premiere might at least match Blacklist's weekly rating.
ReplyDeleteI think Castle will have it final season next year
ReplyDeleteI mean it used to do solid 2s and beat DWTS
Hopefully this means good news for Jane the Virgin
ReplyDeleteThe Voice is hovering in the low/mid 3's. If not even The Blacklist could pull a 2.7 out of a lower THe Voice, honestly, I just didn't see State of Affairs doing it.
ReplyDeleteThat was expected.
ReplyDeleteI wonder the reason for Castle's decline.
ReplyDeleteI think the writing last season was off and more competition with NCIS LA in the time slot
ReplyDeleteState of Affairs had a fine start.
ReplyDeleteyes, except Castle is always preempted. The top25 is still better than the last 3 weeks.
ReplyDeleteIt will have propably a 1.9 then adjust down to 1.8, which will be ok since the last 3 weeks, it had 1.6.
NCIS: LA didn't benefit from Castle's absence a couple of weeks ago so I'd assume that it hasn't got do with it
ReplyDeleteI pretty much thought it would do mid to low 2s for the premiere. It will most likely settle in the high 1s.
ReplyDeleteIt is worriesome to see it premiering lower than Marry Me
ReplyDeleteThe .9/1 is the same as last week so I would think it would be at least be steady. That translated into a .5.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that. But is still huge by FOX's standards.
ReplyDeleteBut quirky “Jane the Virgin” is so much more worthy that a 0.9 rating in the overnighgts.
ReplyDeleteMarc, just stop! I never seen him like this for any other show.
Ugh that is terrible for state of affairs
ReplyDeleteWhy castle what happened inflated in 2 markets also the gap between dancing and castle is huge castle always beat dancing its just having a weird fall in ratings this year
ReplyDeleteFOX appears to have had a good night for both dramas, let's see what the finals say. State of Affairs so far looks as I expected. I thought it would do a 2.4 in finals, it's still possible, we shall see.
ReplyDeleteScorpion, 2BG and LA look slightly up. And The CW still looks solid, I hope TO hangs on to that 0.7.
And considering all new shops drop in the vicinity of 20%... Poor State of Affairs.
ReplyDeleteMaybe. we'll see if there was a major drop off in the half hours, because if there was the show is doomed.
ReplyDeleteYep.
ReplyDeleteThe critic were also pretty rough on the show.
Maybe? You do realize that most new shows drop in the vicinity of 20% from week one to week two, right? So tha'd put State of Affairs in the high 1's.
ReplyDeleteBut the top25 is up by one tenth, and last week's top25 was 0.5, just as across the whole country. So it would be nice to see 0.6 for last night's episode. Anyway, I'm happy enough it didn't drop
ReplyDeleteI hope Scorpion doesn't drop below 2.0, I really love this show.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure the situations are comparable, especially because with shows propped up by big lead ins as all voice lead-outs, the fact that it is a drama makes a lot of difference because there is double time for the audience to bail. It would be like averaging Marry Me and About a Boy and then comparing it to State of Affairs. I would think that competition and viewing levels also favor Marry Me, but that's a minor point I guess .
ReplyDeleteI think it's slightly up judging from the top25 markets. I also really like it.
ReplyDeleteCW tends to drop in the prelims compared to the top 25.
ReplyDeleteNotice some contridictions in mentioning State of Affairs saying 'not a stellar start' but having it under Respectably Start? Does anyone proof read his posts?
ReplyDeleteWhats gonna happen to SOA when its on its own in January
ReplyDeleteHello mid 1's, I assume.
ReplyDeleteMid 1s, maybe lower.
ReplyDeleteNBC didn't do it any favors by premiering it this late.
Why did they? Couldn't they have saved it for the next voice cycle?
ReplyDeleteI thing he's a one-man band.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they had no confidence in the show, and decided to bury it in late November early January. When it fails they'll have an excuse to keep TBL on Monday?
ReplyDeleteFrom what I've heard, they plan to premiere Aquarius after The Voice to, when SofA is done. It only has 15 episodes per Heigl
ReplyDeleteDid it not get 2.1 in the top 25 last week as well? CBS seem to have a fondness for it since every move they've made so far seems to revolve around Scorpion. Either a fondness or a desperation for it to succeed :P
ReplyDeleteWhat is it schedule from Jan onwards?
ReplyDeleteLol never understood his clear obsession with 'year to year' comparisons or his CBS bias.
ReplyDeleteNot sure. I think part of it, it's because of bad scheduling.
ReplyDeleteCastle is always stronger with DWTS as lead-in than the Bachelor, obviously. Last year, it's start decline in the spring, when Castle was on during Olympics, then the Voice/the Blacklist came back sooner than DWTS, so Castle didn't have its support, and suffer a lot from that. ABC even scheduled without any lead-in againt the Voice/the Blacklist.
That last something like 5 episodes in a row, and people never came back, while the blacklist went stronger (last year, not this year).
And obviously, Castle is in its season 7. But it does ok I think. I really don't think, it's because of quality. For me, the best episode of last season also had the worst ratings (e.g Veritas which were perfect and solved a big part of Beckett's story)
NBC might not even air SOA in January since The Voice comes back February 2nd. They could air a few episodes this fall and then take it on a hiatus until the Voice returns.
ReplyDeleteThey should keep TBL on mondays, they will never find a show as successful as TBL was behind the voice
ReplyDeleteseriously can he just shut up this is ridiculous! lol
ReplyDeleteNBC has already sold air time for TBL airing on Thursday. Besides, they need a major revamp for Thursday and TBL will likely give the night a considerable boost.
ReplyDeleteI very much doubt NBC will keep TBL. They'll just ride with State of Affairs and try again next year, I suppose
Hmm. It was my favorite pilot but the later episode didn't grab me. Way to unbelievable scenarios.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure The Voice returns February the 2nd?
ReplyDeleteWhoa, The Millers 1.2. It needed to leave the CBS schedule.
ReplyDeleteThe Voice returns in March
ReplyDeleteIt is.
ReplyDeleteNBC hasn't said anything else. Celeb Apprentice is only scheduled for January.
ReplyDeleteI'm really surprised about Gotham's rating, was there something particularly exciting this week for the ratings to go up like this?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for next week to see if SOA drops or not!
There hasn't been a press release to confirm that.
ReplyDeleteagain, confrmation on this?
ReplyDeleteI think Celeb Apperentice is Jan and Feb
ReplyDeleteHarvey Dent aka Two-Face appeared
ReplyDeleteno way Jane will be at 0.6 - i Reckon it will be 0.5 at best
ReplyDeleteand i think the originals will go down too
I don't mind that, we get them in movies all the time so why not TV shows :P That nuclear meltdown one was a bit of a stretch even for me though.
ReplyDeleteQuirky JtV...oh,Marc never fails to make me laugh!!
ReplyDeleteisn't CA like 10 weeks ? plus Feb might be an overkill
ReplyDeleteIts so sad that now you have to say its huge/great for FOX standards lol.
ReplyDeleteBruce and Selina being incredibly adorable. I have a hard time admitting this as a grown man, but I don't think I've ever found anything as cute as their scenes together.
ReplyDeleteThis cycle of Celeb Apprentice is made of 1 hour episodes that NBC is going to double pump on Mondays with a special premier on a Sunday. In January alone they will plow through 10 episodes and Celeb Apprentice usually only has 11-13 episodes a season.
ReplyDeleteSofA is pretty much guaranteed to drop next week
ReplyDeletei guess but they are gonna overkill it by bringing it back in feb
ReplyDeleteIt'll probably be renewed regardless because it's CBS's best performing new drama and it's improved it's timeslot a LOT.
ReplyDeleteTheybe better of in the long term to bring it back in March. They're risking overexposure of the Voice and that's the best player they have got.
ReplyDeleteThat's good to hear! Scorpion is my first CBS show so I have no idea what their standards are like.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't NBC also have Ninja Warrior or whatever that is?
ReplyDeleteGotham didnt go up, it did the same rating in top 25 markets as last week.
ReplyDeleteexactly! they need to be looking at long term instead of just short term
ReplyDeleteSoA pilot was dull and dry,it's ratings are going to go down next week.
ReplyDeleteNo, it hasn't been confirmed. Most people assume NBC wants it back right after the super bowl. I don't think that would be a good idea since the break would be ridiculously short and it would likely damage the show. But there are opinions on the contrary. NBC hasn't announced anything yet.
ReplyDeleteHigh 1s is still good for NBC though.
ReplyDeleteI'm saying if the show has a half hour rating of 2.4/1.7 that's immediate bad news, and the show could drop much harder than the normal 20%.
That is unconfirmed as far as I know.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see his reaction if/when it gets cancelled. It's so annoying.
ReplyDeleteWatch the same unbelievable scenarios week after week gets tedious for me.
ReplyDeleteI've only watched the first five episode and Happy and Toby zip-lining to the casino roof in ep 4 was "rolling your eyes" worthy.
Is still good for NBC but is not good following the Voice. NBC wanted another TBL and it bite them.
ReplyDeleteThat's a summer show that usually only has 1 or 2 winter "specials". NBC hasn't announced if they are going to do winter specials this year. If they are then that could push The Voice's return to March, but as I said above they haven't announced their mid-season plans yet.
ReplyDeleteThey were probably waiting to see how SOA would fair.
Yeah. I just said the same thing. It doesn't seem to have gone up all that much at all. Last week it actually got a 2.9 in the top 25 overnights, and that translated to a 2.2.
ReplyDeleteI'm just happy they didn't try to drag it to syndication. It seemed like they were for a second, since from day 1 it was clear it was leadin dependent
ReplyDeleteNobody actually knows much. We know this:
ReplyDeleteMonday:
January: The Apprentice + The Apprentice + ?
February: ? + ? + ?
March onwards: The Voice + State of Affairs (unless it's pulled)
Tuesday:
January: ? + Marry Me + About a Boy + Fire (the comedies airing on this month is unconfirmed but very much assumed)
February: ? + ? + Fire
March onwards: The Voice + ? + Fire
Wednesday: Same all year
Thursday:
January: ? + Bad Judge + A to Z + Parenthood
February onwards: ? + The Blacklist + Allegiance
Friday:
January: Dateline + Grimm + Constantine
February onwards: Dateline + Grimm + ?
A lot of gaps! Note that some of these "?" in February on Monday and Tuesday might mean The Voice, we just don't know.
When will NBC announce the schedule?
ReplyDeleteYour guess is as good as mine! I would be surprised if they didn't do it until the end of the month but I don't really remember when they usually do it.
ReplyDeleteSOA is only 13 eps I think so if it airs in Jan a new show will take over in march
ReplyDeleteThey were probably waiting to see how SOA would do. I'm expecting something this week since pretty much everyone except Fox has announced their mid-season schedule.
ReplyDeleteLol, they toned it down in the last couple of episodes but I don't expect it to stay that way. There's a new character too which I really don't think they needed at all.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was kinda boring, to me it was kind of like a reverse jackless 24.
ReplyDeleteLast year I think they announced in early November, around the same time they gave TBL a full season order.
ReplyDeleteI have heard rumors that the show would be intended for 18, contingent on it being successful and getting a backorder. But I have no official source for this.
ReplyDeleteDry, dull, corny, ridiculous, unbelievable, forced... May I go on?
ReplyDeleteIs it 15? I thought it was 18.
ReplyDeleteBabar said 15 per Katherine Heighl.
ReplyDeleteYeah but it was different last year since they didn't have to program february. My guess is that they are waiting to see how state of affairs does for the next couple of weeks.
ReplyDeleteThursday I believe will be- parks and rec--new tina fey comedy--> TBL---> Allegiance
ReplyDeleteI am also guessing they will be using Hollywood Game Night to fill in January
Same, this's my fav new show of this year:) think it will get renewed anyway but really hoping for more seasons:)
ReplyDeleteNot to mention Heigl just isn't a very likeable actress and her character is pretty irritating.
ReplyDeleteLOL that they even compared the show with TBL and Scandal. Neither TBL or Scandal are perfect, but SOA doesn't hold a candle to either show in any regard.
ReplyDeleteThey didn't. NBC just announced Community's return and Chicago PD's premiere date and everything else was already figured out.
ReplyDeleteThis year is a little more complicated.
I have nothing against Heigl but this show didn't grab my attention.
ReplyDeleteIf NBC sends the screener for the second episode, then I'll probably check it out. If not, then I won't even bother watching the second episode.
Those are the reasons that I did not watch the show. It's not good.
ReplyDeleteHollywood Game Night will probably be on Tuesday 8pm while the Voice is on hiatus.
ReplyDeleteI think it all depends on how The Blacklist does on Thursdays. If it solves their Thursday nights, then they'll renew SofA and maybe it will rise by premiering in September. If Blacklist falls hard on Thursdays, then they'll cancel SofA and return The Blacklist to Mondays for season 3.
ReplyDeleteI agree about Game Night. But I hate the idea of a Parks-led comedy hour leading into blacklist. Why do people want to condemn a comedy to a Parks lead-in? The show was struggling to stay above a 1.0 last year. We all remember Welcome to the Family. And while I don't expect anything to provide the blacklist with the kind of support the voice gives it, it should still get some sort of support to fuel casual audience. A sub 1.0 hour would be a horrible idea.
ReplyDeleteThe Biggest Loser has a two hour season finale on January 29th leading into Parenthood's series finale, iirc.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that a summer show?
ReplyDeleteIt's 13 and if it gets a back order I think the cap is 18? Something about Heigl wanting time for her movie career....
ReplyDeleteIs it? I tought it was nr.28, and Pittsburgh nr.23?
ReplyDeleteThe thing is that is very unlikely for TBL *not* to solve their Thursday problems. Even if it ends up doing high 1's, it will be an improvement.
ReplyDeleteAnd I don't see TBL going lower than high 1's (unless Scandal comes back even stronger next year).
I also expected that...
ReplyDeleteSome told me that Heigl said in a interview that she's only doing 15. I haven't bothered confirming it.
ReplyDeleteIt's 15 because KH doesn't want to do more.
ReplyDeleteAgreed, but Revolution and Smash got renewed with similar ratings.
ReplyDeleteNBC will probably renew this turkey and watch it crash when it gets moved to another night.
I think it's 16.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I'll probably check out the rest of the episode during the hiatus.
ReplyDeleteNot when they premiere. Is all downhill from here.
ReplyDeleteIt's 15 because KH doesn't want to do more ( she wants to spend time with her family )
ReplyDeleteIf the blacklist suceeds and state of affairs doesn't, they will just premiere something new out of the voice. Either next spring or next fall. I don't see the fate of state of affairs depending on the blacklist, really.
ReplyDelete0.4 my prediction at the final ratings
ReplyDeleteDon't forget P&R, Kimmy and One Big Happy.
ReplyDeleteYes that is a summer show.
ReplyDeleteI was looking at the final ratings (2.2). It's actually quite weird that Gotham is the only series to drop 0.6 with the adjusted ratings. The others dropped 0.2 at most.
ReplyDeleteObviously, if SofA falls to low 1s, then I don't see it returning.
ReplyDeleteI agree entirely, I have been arguing that for ages.
ReplyDeleteThe last time it aired, the show had 22 hours. It's impossible to fill all that in January.
ReplyDeleteThose will have to go to some of the "?".
ReplyDeleteIt's because it skews so young.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
ReplyDeletethey only other spot would be Tuesdays but I guess they wouldn't waste a the post voice slot for parks and rec
ReplyDeleteI roll my eyes too, but what keeps bringing me back to the show is the relationships between all the characters. I love their bonds with each other, and it allows me to overlook the sillier stuff. And let's face it, the dark knight (which everyone says is an amazing movie) had an even sillier zip-lining scene right in the first five minutes of the movie.
ReplyDeleteThis hust showed up on my twitter feed. Great timing :'State of Affairs' viewers: Katherine Heigl is the worst
ReplyDeletelooks like cbs is becoming more and more female viewers based nw good wife/madam secretary/state of affairs.
ReplyDeleteState of Affairs airs on NBC.
ReplyDeleteThere's 16 (or 15) episodes this season with 10 of them airing in January.
ReplyDeleteThey can use it as a placeholder for AD on Sundays in the winter for instance.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget that Believe premiered higher and it still got cancelled (sure, it only had one episode of the Voice but you get what I mean).
ReplyDeletei think most people r talking abt her work ethics and not her acting . imo.
ReplyDeletefirst impression is the good impression
Yup.
ReplyDeleteThere's really no going back once TBL moves to Thursday. It'll probably stay there until it get's to syndication in 2 years.
They can try again next spring, no need to wait for fall. To be honest, I never got why State of Affairs didn't receive a post voice spring cycle premiere, would make much more sense. The Sing Off could have filled in for now.
ReplyDeleteoh sorry .
ReplyDeleteCA had 2 hour episodes last time. The episodes have been shrunk down to 1 hour each meaning they'll only have 11 hours to air.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but they will probably have an even harder time finding something to fix Thursdays. NBC's goal is not to maximize the ratings for the blacklist, it is to maximize the overall ratings.
ReplyDeleteSimple scenario:
- State of Affairs on Mondays does 2.0 and Blacklist on Thursdays does 2.0. Average = 2.0
- Blacklist on Mondays does 2.4 and Comedies on Thursday do 0.8. Average = 1.6
They are better off with the first option, though the blacklist is worse off!
I think this is the equivalent of CBS trying to have it all w/ TBBT. They moved TBL in hopes of solidfying Thursday (which is the most likely case scenario) and premiered a new show to see if they could have The Blackllist 2.0.
ReplyDeleteWhy they choose to do this when The Voice is at it's weakest, is beyond me.
State of Affairs had a huge miscast with her.
ReplyDeleteDon't take my word for it. I also heard it from some one else.
ReplyDeleteAh, I thought they would air the same number of hours, just divided by more episodes. My bad.
ReplyDeleteNp.
ReplyDeleteBerman should be hired by all networks to spin rainbows around their lowest rated shows. He's ridiculous. I had no idea he was this bad.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
ReplyDeleteThe show itself wasn't terrible, but Heigl was not the right choice as lead actress for the show.
They are yes. It should be ok I think.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I don't dislike the plan but State of Affairs should clearly have premiered next spring, not now.
ReplyDeleteAnd Mr. Robinson and Odyssey.
ReplyDeleteI think Odyssey on Sundays.
She should have just gone back to Greys, but I doubt Shonda wanted her back- GA would see a big ratings bump
ReplyDeleteThat means the remaining or so could air in February and the voice could return late february/ early march.
ReplyDeletei heard she was the EP. right?
ReplyDeleteIt might have worked if they premiered it in the heels of spring debut but right now was just dumb and setting the show to failure.
ReplyDeleteWell, she was the one who pitched the show and was attached to star.
ReplyDeleteYes I think Odyssey will be on Sundays before AD in January/February.
ReplyDeleteOh really? I had no idea. Did they supersize the biggest looser season then? Last year it premiered in late october and finished in January. Since this year it premiered in early september (aka almost two months earlier), I would assume it would end by Christmas.
ReplyDeleteHas that been confirmed?
It would be awkward if she came back to Grey's to be honest. Maybe she should have stuck to ZzzQuil commercials
ReplyDeleteI wonder if TV will go below a 3 for a Monday show?
ReplyDeleteKH said it's 15 episodes on her facebook interview.
ReplyDeleteThe show still as a lot problems even if they had someone else.
ReplyDeleteShonda has publicly acknowledged that she doesn't want her back.
ReplyDeleteYeah my thoughts exactly.
ReplyDeleteLikely this Spring
ReplyDeleteI know but her character was huge part of the show
ReplyDeleteIt was announced at the upfronts that Allegiance, Oddysey and Aquarius were 10pm shows. I don't know if it will be A.D.'s lead-out but it certainly should.
ReplyDeleteIt would be interesting but if she had left greys in a more nicer way I think her career would be so much better
ReplyDelete"Was". Now it'd just be awkward if she came back.
ReplyDeleteNo more problems then most network shows IMO. If the casting was better, I would have no problem suspending disbelief for 1 hour.
ReplyDeleteIt got a 3,1 in TOP 25 so it could see it today
ReplyDeletedo u know what happened that made all ppl hate her??
ReplyDeleteAD is premiering on Easter Sunday. From what I've heard, it's 12 episodes, so I have no idea why NBC is premiering it so late.
ReplyDeleteIt had various two-hour episodes in January, though. I think they confirmed it, not sure.
ReplyDeleteShe removed her name for Emmys during Greys and said the writing was bad and than she criticized movies she starred in
ReplyDelete
