omg I may or may not have teared up more then once! Absolutely fabulous acting on the part of the entire Mills family, what a moving episode...can't wait for more
There really needs to be more Abbie and Jenny centric episodes because this was one of the best episodes this season. I'm glad they got to talk to their mom and it was so emotional.
I didn't care for the whole "Dr. Kevorkian" SL. It was pretty weak tbh. Mama, the actress, I know her, (idr her name) I felt she kinda dragged. Not dragged, but some of her scenes were up and down for me. I couldn't take her acting seriously in some of her scenes. But I liked her last scene with Jenny and Abbie. I thought that was really touching, and I felt for both of the sisters. Moloch baby is gross as hell, hahaha and I KNEW he would age rapidly!! Called that last week. I'm glad Irving escaped!! Now we'll have more scenes with him. And Ichabod is the cutest sick person ever. "After i've rested there will be hell to pay." Hahahaha Aww relax Ichabod. I cracked up when Hawley drugged his soup and Abbie laughed about it. Can't believe next week is the finale. But sooo glad this season has more episodes.
Well, damn, that final scene with Abbie, Jenny, and their mom hit me right in the gut. I had one of those "ugly crying" faces throughout. Not going to be able to hear "You Are My Sunshine" quite the same way anymore, either. Fantastic acting from all three women throughout. Absolutely fantastic. Very emotional. I knew that nurse was suspicious from the moment I saw her! She had one of those sickly sweet smiles. Ugh. Even though I knew Abbie and Irving would make it out of their encounters with her, both moments were still really disturbing to watch. Yeow. And speaking of Irving, hooray, he escaped! I liked his response to the look Abbie gave him. And I liked Hawley taking care of sick Ichabod in his own unique way. Hehe. Aw. I like it when they get along. As for Katrina and the child? Ohhhhhh, that is not good. Can't even begin to imagine how they're all going to deal with that next week, but I look very forward to finding out.
It was great having Abbie and Jenny work together (more Abbie/Jenny scenes, please) and settle things with their mother. Abbie and Jenny had both carried their "mom damage" for far to long and it was time they unburden themselves and give their mother the peace she deserved. The Mills family scenes were carried by "top - notch" acting on all parts. Crane pulled "A Few Good Men" this episode by being "outstandingly funny and entertaining", but only being in less than 10 minutes of the episode. The acting and humor on this series is some of the best on TV! 4 THE SLEEPY HEAD NATION, I am Nobody!!!
The Mills females are awesome. Abby and Jenny are both so kick ass and strong yet vulnerable in different ways. The acting from these two was top notch this episode. Ichabod hardly had anything to do this episode yet he made me crack up so hard. I am so stoked Irving escaped. I was missing him a lot. Hawley and Ichabod's face during that prayer circle holding hands was hilarious. From the first moment nurse spoke to Abby it was clear she was the culprit. Baby Moloch is creepy as hell. Loved the episode for the superior acting by the ladies.
you call him creepy and that's him in human form... that's just the tip of the iceberg....... he'll probably make us wet ourselves ( LOL ) seeing what he really looks like at that age.. in demon form....
It was awesome, I loved it being about Abby she and the entire Mills family killed it amazing acting skills, I felt the agony they were going through, it was also a nice touch between Abby and Crane I just love them, didn't see the Captain escape coming, sad the fall finally is here already!!!
IC in this episode is cracked me up. I like every scene that IC was fighting a cold and a sleeping pill from Hawley.
All scenes of Mills Family's reuion are quite touching but don't make me feel cry or have a tear in my eye. the cause of it may be I don't get used to hear "Mama" word.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteI loved the Mills family reunion but I didn't love the lack of Ichabod in this episode. That was a beautiful scene between Mama and daughters.
