    Not "amazing" per say but a great end to the whole "Cheyenne Saga" we've had in this season. I assume Jake Weber won't be back next season nor Miss Ellison or Maggie so it'll be interesting to see the next set of characters they bring in. I liked the smallpox twist and the disappearance of Cullen's wife and kid as a driving force to get him to go back to the railroad business again albeit with a different boss this time. Much better ending to this season than season 3 though!

    What I think/hope for next season: Mickey is probably going to die, they're going to torture us with the Swede until the very last episode to kill him, maybe a return appearance of Joseph?

    I dvr'd it but haven't watched it ...after they gave Ruth the rope last week... I couldn't take it...

    I agree. I thought Ruth was a great character and a better fit for bohanan. I think the writers dropped the ball on this one.......What stupidity. They tossed characters around like sacks of meat, and didn't give them the time and importance they merited. I know the railroad must move, but so can the characters. Bohanan's lost 2 women now to violence. How stupid. It makes him look weak.

    plus..I'm not feeling that Mormon girl he married... and I have to admit that I was hoping for him and Ruth and the kid to be together when the show ended..I guess they'll be coming up with pretty much a new cast for the end of the show..

    I just wish that the writers would have given Bohanan's 'wife' (Naomi) some character/personality, she's a bit insipid.
