I am so angry on Amelia's behalf. How dare that woman betray her privacy and jeopardize her job. And I'm glad Derek eventually spoke up to defend her. Is his father's death - and all that other shit that comes with working on a Hellmouth - catching up to him now? Poor Derek.
Aw, Maggie and Meredith are laughing together now. And that last scene where everyone was laughing about being sex related was hilarious.
Sooo Good! Much better than last weeks crowded episode. I swear that old house is like a member of the cast. I was really reminded of earlier seasons. Seems kind of strange though that they would mention George and not mention Lexie. Derek is so not likable right now. Like honestly just go to DC already and stop making everyone else miserable. I love the Arizona/Dr. Herman story line. Reminds me of when Burke had the tremor and Cristina was helping him cover it up. I love seeing Bailey teach again but as always I could do without her students (Jo and Stephanie). Even though there was only 1 Japril scene it was really cute and made up for the lack throughout the episode. I wish they had gone deeper into the reasons behind Amelia's decision to relocate but it seems she running from the past (which is no real revelation). Now am I the only one shocked that the winter finale is next week? They must be doing back to back episodes in the spring because they will still have 14 episodes to go.
Another very strong episode for Grey's, I love the focus on the Sheperd brothers and finally Derek said what we all know, he is definitely lost, I hope they find a motivation, because if he don't thing could be more complicate with his marriage.
I like how Meredith and Maggie are now more close. I love see a glimpse of the old Nazi Bailey. I like the Arizona arc too and I don't know guys, but I have a strange feeling that Kepner's pregnancy will turn to be more complicate soon and I think Arizona will need that procedural that she will learn.
Meredith and Maggie find that they are not alone when a secret Half brother, Lucky Grey arrives neading emergency surgery. Accompanying him to the hospital, is Sasha Grey, the sister that Meredith had forgotten after the tragic yodelling accident. Meanwhile Lawyer Darius Grey (no relation) attempts to sue the hospital for an incident involving poor lighting which causes an accident and a random pregnancy for Maggie Grey.
Does anyone EVER have a simple pregnancy on Grey's? Bailey during the bomb scare. Callie after her car accident. Meredith during the crazy storm! A complicated delivery is the norm now.
Another really good episode, Grey's still got it after all these years, I'm glad Derek finally stood up for his little sister, and the lady who was supposed to have been anonymous just put Dr Shepherd all on blast not nice at all, I'm loving Meredith and Maggie are starting to bond, Derek is really unraveling maybe he should just head on to DC and stop the pain he's causing the women in his life!
You get a sense the Patrick Dempsey really wanted a meatier storyline this season, and he has been getting it. Im not sure if this isnt the last season of his contract as well... hes been quoted many times saying he wants to concentrate on his racing more.
I loved the episode I thought it did justice to all the characters and there were moments when I was almost in tears with the Derek flash backs and Arizona and April working on the pregnant woman.
That is still more then two months away I mean they should do at least 10 episodes I hate these huge breaks during the winter they are pointless. They only do it to throw new shows on the air that mostly end up getting canned within a month or less.
Very powerful episode. The dramatic moments were intense. It was very comforting to see Mcdreamy acknowledging he has hit rock bottom, but not in thee usual sense of meaning.I am usually not much of japril fan but their brief moment together outside the hospital was very nice.I also loved the scene where callie, meredith, maggie and alex were spending fun time together and they remembered goerge and maggie didn't have a clue who he was.II loved callie's dialogue-We are all sexually related,we all have sexual connections to each other, that is horribly weird!LOL!
He definetly has a lot of meat to chew on this season, I just don't like him chewing on the ladies, in his life but, I do see it getting better though, I hope he doesn't leave the show if truth be told:)
well hopefully this means there will be no more breaks once they come back b/c I realize I miscounted. They still have 16 episodes to go because they added on 2 for a 24 episode season. I guess we'll see.
it reminded me of: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20091007200303/greysanatomy/images/thumb/4/4a/Greys-anatomy-sex-chart-5.jpg/1280px-Greys-anatomy-sex-chart-5.jpg
Such a knockout episode! I felt Greys slipping in S10 (moreso than in any previous season) although it picked up towards the end of the second half. S11 is slowly clawing it back, and this episode was just fantastic! Amelia is so awesome, Scorsone is excellent. And I like that Derek is finally accepting what has happened to him. Mer was super likeable and the house scene at the end took me back to old times!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteAwesome episode.

Episode 11.14: Grey clouds

ReplyDeleteI really hope they let Kepner have a uneventful pregnancy, I really don't think they should stress Sarah Drew given her condition.

ReplyDeleteno he have a contract for season 11 and 12
ReplyDeleteI loved the episode I thought it did justice to all the characters and there were moments when I was almost in tears with the Derek flash backs and Arizona and April working on the pregnant woman.
ReplyDeleteThe second half of the season will start at the end of January which will be a full month earlier then it did last year.

ReplyDeleteI agree I was just pointing out how they would be able to fit all the episodes in without having to double any up

less of an ensemble cast- more individual character focused episodes....
ReplyDeleteWHAT AN AWESOME SEASON!
ReplyDeleteNow you make a good point and I agree hahaahaha, nothing in Grey's is easy.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're right because I like the character.
ReplyDeleteHe definetly has a lot of meat to chew on this season, I just don't like him chewing on the ladies, in his life but, I do see it getting better though, I hope he doesn't leave the show if truth be told:)
ReplyDeleteRight?! I think it's my fav in like 2-3 years.
