  1. I can't believe the rating are super low for this show....it was awesome all the way.. that's a big bummer

  2. Great episode. Constantine is a good character. He does some crazy stuff and can be rude, but I like him cause he wants to do good and it's not just to save his soul.

Zed is awesome - her power is interesting too and allows for some stunning visuals. Chas is great too. I love him getting orange juice for Constantine. He's a good friend. :)

    Manny's interesting too.

I love this show so much. I don't see the issues others do. There are some, but overall this is a really good show. Such a shame it will get cancelled at this rate. I guess I'll enjoy it while I can. I can only hope it doesn't end on some major cliffhanger.

  3. Nice ep.
But I just felt so depressed after he lost the Psychic Paper. To lose Special items just like that awe shit that was sad. Almost felt a little sitcom like as in anything good is only temporary.

  4. A lot better than last week. Really creppy vibes, the idea of Lucifer's
own voice being recorded forcing people to do all those terrible things
was great too. And Papa Midnite delivered. Plus lots of good humor this
    week.

Still not amazing, but it's starting to roll nicely. At the very least
this is by far the strongest I've seen such show start like, so I hope
it manages to survive because it could turn into something amazing if
    they keep it up.

Also..that morgue scene was propably the coolest thing I've seen this week on tv

  6. This episode is more what i want from this show. Having trouble warming to the woman playing Zed but I'm still giving her a chance to grow on me. Its a little more strongly a genre show so it'll likely never get stellar ratings but i hope the net gives the show a real chance.

  7. This is definitely the episode that will make me keep watching the series. It was perfect for me. The first episode is my second favorite because it had to do so much in so little time thats why it wasnt so great. the second episode was a little bland. I usually give a series 5 episodes to catch me eye before i give up on it.

I found the epi very ho hum....the acts are very random....part of the issue for me is that the shows writers have failed to give me a reason to connect with the characters....so all of the acts seem random at best. More work needs to be done on the character development front and the show could spend some time being scarier.....if the shows creators are not careful it will be cancelled unless they start to give folks a reason to tune in week after week. IMO.

  9. I really enjoyed this episode, to me it was the best one so far, very creepy I like Zed and Chas they're great helpers to Constantine, he's a bit like House a bit brash but good at what he does, I hope the ratings can go up and NBC sticks with this show, I don't want to keep getting invested and bam it's gone. But I'll enjoy it as long as on, and the voodo guy he put the creep in creepy!!

  10. I agree with you about the character development. the second tier leads are nondescript. I don't care if either is on the show or not. I'm having to work a little harder with Zed because the actress...really seems to scowl all her dialog. As for Constantine...the actor's likability factor is grabbing me more than the character. The actor gets me past nonsensical scenes like in the opener for this episode when he's covered in blood yelling nonsense...cause he's "practicing" a spell. (which I suppose he failed at because nothing happened)

  11. I liked this episode, the first meet between Chss/Zed was cute, looking forward to more team interaction.

I find Zed interesting but there are times when I have issues with the actress. I like the way she has Zed react to her psychic readings, like when she touched the map at the beginning. There's a gun sense of wonder to her reactions.

On the other hand some of her other acting choices leave me cold, sometimes she seems like her only expression is pouty.

Constantine is a really interesting/entering character and I liked the case of the week
