Parks and Recreation - Season 7 - Jon Hamm Returning

Jon Hamm is set to reprise his brief role as inept National Parks employee Ed, EW has learned.

The Mad Men star made a surprise appearance in the final moments of the show’s last season finale, when the action jumped three years into the future—and we saw future Leslie (Amy Poehler) terminate Ed, who was somehow a worse employee than even future Larry (Jim O’Heir).

“If I have my way, every episode where you see events that take place before that moment will include a shot of him doing something insanely incompetent,” showrunner Mike Schur told my colleague Dan Snierson of a Hamm return.
