  1. So still focusing on Hank and Ruby in your last few episodes?! I mean really. We're winding down here writers and Katim very few people give a care about these two or Hanks love triangle with his ex wife and Sarah. Please focus on the actual main characters of the show and go write Sarah a romance with somebody who is not Hank for the love of pete. Stop wasting screen time on a teenage girl and her divorced parents we very vaguely knew until this season. Do you not understand what final season means? Or final last episodes?

  2. Ruby is the Becky of Katims' other show, Friday Night Lights.

  3. I feel like this could be a downside of the deal for them not all being in every episode. They have to fill that with something. But I agree, hopefully this episode Hank can repair things with his ex-wife and then Mark can come back for Sarah.

  4. Yeah I agree. Once they said he was coming back I was like well Sarah is so going to end up with him. I honestly would think it was cool if they just ended it with her not with a guy but if its with someone like Mark its okay. But Hank and his annoying ex wife definitely give off major "we're going to be a couple again soon" vibes.

  5. The worst thing is that Sarah might not be in the episode....which makes all this even more pointless. If Sarah not with him than your even more right, that they are setting up for those two too get back together again...and even last nights awkward moment...why didn't hank say you come too? Your my family now and you should come.

I love Lauren and I feel she underused this season...As it's a majority of the actresses...though I can rewatch her and Amber again.

I hope she appears at Amber side or at least soon after. She should be there regardless of what is going on with Hank...Amber is more important.

I guess I'm the only one who likes Srah with Hank.
They have a good relationship, they have a lot of problems, he has a lot o emocional/focus/understanding problems, but she cares for him and he is getting better for her. I think they are cute and bring a more mature and different dynamic for the show. I mean, Adam and Cristina are college sweet hearts that have a mature and very solid relationship, Crosby and Jasmine have a young and busy relationship, Joel and Julia represent the middle ground, facing a real and big crisis on their marriage, and Sarah and Hank are two adults who had bad firsts marriages, who were lost and found each other, but have all this baggage with them.
And Hanks character, in a way, reflect Max's problems when he becomes an adult, and how this guy came up because his parents never thought his social problems could be something more than "a phase".
I like the Hank/Sarah/Ruby equation, cause is a part of the parenthood we hadn't seen in the show. How do you parent your partner's kids, there are foggy boundaries, and when you over step, how you make the balance. I get this is the final season, and everyone wants the histories to be more Braverman centered, but these show have always been about people getting into the clan, situations outside of the family that make turbulence on their dynamics and how they are so connected and how the family helps each other to navigate those situations. I thing that the deal made with NBC was the thing that rocked the boat, cause it ends up felling like they are not the same unit, but they still are. I love the show, and I'm loving this season. Everything relates.

  7. I think we r just mad that the aren't focusing on the main cast members. Plus to include hank and Ruby without sarah is wrong on so many levels
